This AU takes place in a world where the toys are actually the people (no humans). While there are many sub groups of toys, there are two main factions that separate the tech from the “normal” toys.
The “tech” toys have their own massive, ever expanding city ruled by company CEOs and an extremely competitive economy as technology continues to rapidly evolve. Some tech toys are considered redundant only after a few years of existing due to constant hardware updates.
While tech toys are relegated to the city, everyone else has much more variety and access to the world. Woody and company live on a massive prairie where he and his sister run a ranch. Tech toys are hardly ever seen in these parts, so when a fugitive from the tech world arrives, it causes a huge stir (Buzz Lightyear woah).
Buzz has since integrated with the people of the prairie and formed a close bond with Jessie, but, suddenly disappeared without a trace. Fliers are spread thoughout the old world with no responses. Jessie realizes that perhaps Buzz has gotten lost (or worse, taken) past no man’s land into Tech City.
Lilypad is the current CEO and lead of “Eggman Technology”. Unlike in canon she is much more ruthless and cruel here. Particularly to the older model toys that belong to the same company (Ex: Smarty, Snappy, and Atlas). She is invested in creating a technological revolution, expanding Tech City into the greater world. Much to the dismay of “normies” (non-tech toys).
Jessie is also a little different in this AU. She still has the abandonment issues, but she is also very hard-headed and stubborn in this universe. Her pre-disposition about tech toys prevents her from seeking any help from the inside until she was left with no choice. She often uses threats to get her way and is not afraid of anyone.
Smarty and the Tech Trio being part of the Eggman company, the three of them have known each other since they came online. Atlas is a taxi driver in the bustling city, Snappy is a struggling photographer and marketing manager, and Smarty is a “hygiene instructor” (whatever that means). The three of them often hang out and try to take their minds off of the many company members suddenly disappearing.
“Sticky” sticky hand is a mute being who is attached to Smartys handle. Despite not being a tech toy, their presence is largely ignored by the city folk. This is because they are usually seen as an extension of Smarty and not a person. Being unable to speak, they act as shoulder to lean on for Jess and Smarty. There is a secretive energy about them despite no one knowing of their past.
Not really a complete concept. I liked the idea of a world ruled by toy people.
1: Is it physically uncomfortable for Tobey to wear the robot suit?
2: Will we see Violet and Scoops again? (Sorry if that was spoilery)
- Tobey had worked on the “Robit” suit design for years before joining the COH. In that time he made sure that it fit completely comfortably after much tweaking. As he starts to wear the suit more, it becomes something that he is hardly seen without.

Is there a particular reason why we haven't really seen Becky's family? Will it be said why we haven't see them, or will we see them later on? Also can we get confirmation ages of the all the characters if you want to.
Are you asking about Beckys adoptive or biological family? Becky cannot face her family after the fight with Rex. She blames herself for Tim’s accidental death.
Her bio family has not been revealed.
Becky, Tobey, and all the other young characters are around 19 at the current point in the comic. Invisibill is 31. Snakescrew is around 35. Two Brains is in his early 50s.

idk if this counts as spoilers BUT how would each of the wordgirl/becky variants interact with mainline final definition tobey and becky's other earth friends?
i mean. the boring, obvious answer would be "kill him" BUUUT i love some complexity in my villains so i wanna know how each of them would react to tobey in this one. especially because i feel like tobey might not go on the offensive immediately which MIGHT convince some of the more heroically(?) oriented wordgirls to stay their hand (girlmath, skinned) and let him talk them down
I have lore for each universe and their respective Tobeys but I will make it short.
PowerGirl and AmazoGirl both serve and are fiercely loyal to the Lexiconian empire. Humans are like insects to them, especially Tobey, who was a nuisance to her even before she turned to the dark side. They would probably see him again, insult him and kill him if he is standing in their way.
GirlMath holds a lot of hatred for Tobey in general. Even if she knows FD Tobey isnt the one who killed her brother, seeing his face would make her incredibly angry. It would take some restraint for her to not attack him immediately.
Skinned is the only version of Becky who is fond of Tobey. In her universe she heavily relied on him when she began hiding on Earth. Not sure how she would interact with someone who isnt “her” Tobey though.
Edit: Forgot Predator. She would eat him.
Edit 2: I am so high I realized you asked for friend interaction too. I will put that in the comments.
Final Definition will be uploading every 10 completed pages.
Rather than waiting to upload full chapters, I will be posting each chapter in parts as it is being completed.
I do not really like doing this because I like to make edits to early pages as the story goes on But I will start to rely on a solid script to try avoiding this issue. The full chapter will be uploaded on its own if any changes are made before completion.

If Snakescrew was ever featured in THE official WordGirl TV Series, how would she be like? Would her powers be different from what they are in the Final Definiton AU? Would her relationships with other villains differ?
I originally created Snakescrew pre-Final Definition when she was supposed to be a “canon” compliant character.
I envision her as a villain who randomly arrives in later seasons. She uses green smokescreens to make getaways and confuse people. Lots of scaley gadgets. (I feel like her using her snakes to bite people might not be kid friendly).
I can see her jokes being snake puns. She overly uses words that have the letter S in them. Which she makes sure to draw out the “Sss” sound. Episodes that feature her would have defined words that start with S.
I cant see her getting along with the other villains as she is a loner. Two Brains would not be a big fan of a snake person either. They would clash on being the “top villain” of Fair City. They also have quite the sorted past with each other. I love rivals.
does Wordgirl know that her skin is faux and underneath it is scales? Or does she think that she’s like the hexagonians and just a human mimic like species?
Yes she does. She tries not to think about it too much.
