Okay, I don’t want to offend anyone, but I do have a question
Is there anyone devoutly religious (i’m very christian) who feels like an eating disorder is God punishing them for something? Or that there is a connection in some way?

anyone else on lockdown terrified of gaining weight from constantly being at home?
For every note this gets I will:
💚Do something I love (like read) for two hours to distract myself from eating
💚Run a mile in my neighborhood (I live in a safe space)
💚Drink a cup of water
💚Do a 15 minute workout (this will vary)
All of you who are under 18 need to move on from ana. She is not good for you, (or anyone) but ana is way too damaging on your young minds and bodies.
I know it’s hard, and I know all situations are different, but if you can, please talk to your parents.
If you’re under 18, please just eat like a regular person. Eat at least 1000 calories. Drink water. Have fun. Take care of yourselves. You have too much living left to do to focus 100% of your mental energy on restricting and fasting.

75 day diet
I’m starting a realistic, thorough 75 day diet plan and i’m posting it here. If you would like to join me, you are welcome to, if you would like to modify, you are welcome to. :)
I’m very numbers-motivated (obviously) and so there is a lot of math involved! I also don’t live with my parents so I can do pretty much whatever I want.
Rules:
1. Keep under calories every day. no bingeing.
My absolute calorie maximum is 800 but I’m aiming for less than 500.
2. ½ of calories are coming from protein.
Protein is harder to digest and keeps you fuller for longer
3. Less than 25% of calories come from carbs.
Of carbs, no added sugar. Fruit is okay, but the idea is that the carbs should be coming from FIBER
4. Drink a gallon of water everyday
5. 48 hour fasts on weekends (saturday/sunday)
6. 1 day of the week I will only eat beef.
7. I have to weigh less every day.
8. If I don’t weigh less than the day before, I will start a 12-24 hour fast right then, no questions.
9. Monitor and control caffeine intake.
Ideally I will only be caffeinating during fasts and ideally my fasts will only be once a week. I still want to keep my caffeine intake on fasting days at or under 150 mg per 24 hours.
10. On fasting days, I will start the day with Apple Cider Vinegar and an 8 oz glass of salt water.

I’m at 413 calories for the day, which I know is pushing my calorie limit, I had to take some medicine so I had to eat with it.
I know I’m super over on carbs, and I don’t want to eat another 40 g of protein to fix it. I’m going to the gym tonight. Anything I eat after the gym will be protein.

Does anyone know how to not feel so tired during the day???
I have too much work to do to let my low calorie lifestyle affect me like this.
