you know, i'm struggling so much with the chap i'm writing, that i don't know if i should just throw it away and start again, but also, i don't want to throw away that much writing, but i just can't, i don't know how to do it differently. i think that i'm gonna skip a few things, and write what's left of The Nest a bit simplified. it's not what i'd like, but it's what i think i need to unlock my writer's block and keep going with the rest of the story.

As someone who has become a member of multiple fandoms purely from reading fic without ever watching the show/film, it's really throwing me off that there is no more fanfic about your OCs.
What do you mean there isn't more? What do you mean this isn't a crossover? What do you mean they only exist in this one universe because they just come from your mind?
I'm so used to falling in love with characters and then getting to experience cannon and seeing where it all came from, but now I'm hooked on Sky and Bella and Cam and all of them but there isn't anything else because they all come from you.

so, if there's someone who reads my fic out there, and is wondering what the hell happened. I had a mental health emergency A DAY before i was supposed to update. I need to sort out my stability, that's wht I've been taking it easy.
The chapter is half written, going slower than usual. The story is not abandoned, never will be. And I hope I can fall back into a schedule soon.

once my computer was broken so i had to write an entire chapter from my phone, that doesn't mark red my mistakes in english like my laptop did, and english is not my first language so i knew that it would be a fucking mess without some correction from something that wasn't me
so I ran the chapter through an AI to fix the spelling mistakes and typos. the bitch gave me other advice that i didn't ask for, and in between all of those it told me to break down my paragraphs cause they were too long, and now I'm fucking traumatized by it because IT WAS RIGHT. they were too long.
but I swear, its part of me, i just can't write short paragraphs. so now i stop every few thousand words to fucking break paragraphs cause i cant do it naturally.
and that's how my hate for AI deepened but also it kind of helped me? idk

have you ever considered writing a whole fic about the underground kids? I know we get a lot of flashbacks and spoilers, but I’d love to read about all their missions — back when they were a team. also, I loooove this fic. it’s one of my absolute favorites, and I’ve read tons of them
of fucking course I've considered it! I fucking love my OCs for some reason. Although writing the flashbacks became less and less easy for me as they stopped being needed to tell the story.
I'm not sure I would write a prequel, since I'm basically already writing a sequel, but what I will do, and already did even though I never posted it, is write one shots of the Underground Kids. That I'm thinking about posting when I finish the main fic.
Which hopefully will be soon, or at the very least one day.
