heres a bit more, the idea was the cleaner is a rookie injected to monitor her heart from the inside after the doctor has a listen. Think of it like a tiny person in her heart as a holter monitor for a day. So she goes about her regular day and in this world cleaners are treated like any mundane medication as all the wealthy do that live on the Horizon cities. Maybe he stops a cardiac event from happening Idk. Tbh Not too motivated to continue this project or any given the state of myself and this community but here's what it came up to.
