staying in a deficit is so much easier when you finally realize that you're doing this all for yourself and the less you €at, the closer you are to YOUR goal. its not you vs your mind, or you vs your dream self. you have to realize that no one is forcing you to do this, you're doing it only because of you and FOR you.
thats probably why i am not the biggest fan of harsh motivation, it just makes me feel like i am no longer doing this for myself, but rather out of shame and guilt, which usually ends on b!ng!ng cause i feel bad about myself even tho i've been so consistent with my diet.
