Im stepping into a more grown, mature and elevated time period in my life. Thankfully, things I liked as a child but have abandoned or neglected may come in handy.

75 Soft (Second Attempt)

I once did 75 soft and made it pretty far before getting sick and having to stop. I want to start up again October 1st. I’ve been practicing the last few days. I need to figure out how to eat healthier and when is a good time to read.

At one point I would read the Bible app on my phone a bit for my pages.

I feel 75 soft helps me with habit stacking. It also helps me develop routines that compliment my ideal lifestyle.

75 Soft Rules.

1. Workout or 10k steps daily.

2. Eat more Whole Foods.

3. Read daily.

4. Journal weekly.

Truth

Back in like 2014-2019 I feel like I was able to put my aesthetics first in a way I have never been able to again. I looked around and hell .. I’m grown. The only thing holding me back is funds.

I want to regain a sense of control over my outward appearance. I would normally let it slip because I noticed it makes others more comfortable when I’m not as well kept. However my more mature brain now realizes how insane that is. If me being well kept and into my appearance phases you then that is a YOU problem.

Ironic this thought comes as I realize I want to have a “winter villain arch”.

May the games begin.
