Mercado de San Miguel near Plaza de Mayor in #Madrid. Muy turistico but the venue has a nice audiovisual vibe. The food raciones are a bit expensive but the great drinks make up for it.

Incredible #autumn weather in #Finland this weekend. On top of that it's apple season in the northern hemisphere so I've been busy climbing trees, which used to be my favourite pastome as a kid. No broken bones, all good!

Los Pilones Cantina Mexico in Amsterdam offers some authenthic dishes and añejo tequilas with a decor to match. A very loud and cheerful crowd so not a quiet date night spot ;)

The White Hart Inn is the oldest pub in Edinburgh. Soon celebrating its 500th anniversary, respect! Unfortunately fairly touristy so please go to the BOW BAR nearby for a better selection.

Lovely view over the River Ness in Inverness on a late-July evening. Surprisingly no rain either! ;-)

#Trädgården open-air club in #Stockholm has a unique ambience and setting. Fully packed on a Wednesday, gotta love Sweden!

Porvoon Paahtimo in the historic old part is a great summer spot if you get to visit Porvoo (Borgå). An excellent selection of brewskies in the BAR  CAFÉ and a nice outside floating (!) terrace next to the river will keep you chilled.

In a low carb / no carb world one can't help to indulge in some artisan breads at the Noordhoek Farm Village's Foodbarn Deli. Left out the danish and other sweet things to keep you from drooling.

Lovely sign at the Kommetjie Surf shop. The Green Room next doors serves some excellent sandwiches, burgers and thai food (Jack Black on tap), so pop in if you're in the area.

Beaufort West's Neo-Gothic Dutch Reformed Mother Church, built in 1892. (Unfortunately closed on a Friday night so couldn't have a view inside)

Beautiful Arts on Main sign shadowed by a tree. Developed in a newly converted early 1900s bonded warehouse, Arts on Main aims to preserve the historical aspects of the building and contribute to the Johannesburg CBD's urban regeneration. It was also the first piece in the Maboneng Precinct puzzle.
