let's start with the status quo: standard resin + isopropyl alcohol. it's been the move for years because it works.
actually cleans. ipa dissolves uncured resin FAST. like, seriously efficient.
dries clean. it evaporates without leaving residue, so your prints actually look sharp
compatible with everything. ultrasonic cleaners? wash stations? you name it, ipa plays nice
the dark side though: it smells like chemicals (because it is), needs ventilation, flammable, requires gloves and goggles, expensive to buy repeatedly, and the waste disposal is... a whole thing

water people: still dispose of that water properly (contains resin particles), and don't soak prints indefinitely
