The words are from "The Island" by Pendulum, which was sampled in "JUST HESITATION" by The Quick Brown Fox. In the time between the old one and the new one, I've grown to enjoy the original sample.

Iliya (top left): She is a golden cocker retriever who works as a fashion stylist. She also writes and does photography, though most of what she writes are fashion articles. She likes to be busy. She is Nori's closest friend and Bande's good friend. She was wary of Hertz at first, but quickly grew fond of her.

Indigo (top right): She is the older sister of Bianco and Dust. She's currently attending college so we won't be seeing her very often.

Jade (bottom left): Emerald's snooty little daughter. She is the resident mean girl because every class needs one. She doesn't ever get in trouble for her snobby behavior because her mother is on the PTA. She dislikes Hertz and wants to break her down to fit into an acceptable mold.

Harvey (top left): His appearance may trick you, but he is not actually magic. He is a psychic and his "magic tricks" are merely telekinesis and psychic illusions. He is a performer just as his parents were, and their parents, and so on.

Hecate (top right): She used to be more playful, but now she's just aggressive. She doesn't even talk. She just growls. Catching her off guard is a great way to lose a limb. She is always seen with Capsaicin. She does not like nor hate him. They merely coexist. They live in a mountain cave together far away from civilization.

Hertz (bottom left): She was born in the sludge pits of hell, but her batch had a lot of duds. She and the other duds were set to be destroyed on a certain date. Hertz escaped hell just six days after being born, but it wasn't easy. She managed to evade many of the guardian hellhounds, but a horrid hellbeast got her and severely injured her. With a hell of a lot of luck, she got through the gateway but collapsed due to her injuries. Fortunately, Nori happened to be in the right place at the right time and she brought the little hellbat home. Nori healed her injuries and the two quickly became close. Thus begins Hertz's exciting new life on the surface.

Murdoc is just on drugs and this is what is happening in his mind. No need to worry.

I'm a big fan of small characters being manhandled/held improperly and they don't give a fuck.

Fallon (left): Fallon is Caprio's mother. Back before she was a mom, she was a crazy party girl. She discovered rave while studying abroad in college. She would dye her fur cyan and paint her hooves and horns blue, but these days she wears her fur color naturally and keeps a little cyan streak in her hair as a memento. She's generally relaxed and carefree, but can be a bit impulsive at times. Her husband, Ricot, who she met while studying abroad, tends to keep her balanced. She loves her family dearly. She's also one of the few characters I have with a full DOB (July 5, 1978. In the 'canon' she is currently 35.)

Ellixe (top left): She's a dragon from another world searching for rare magic crystals in Hertz's world. She was always an outcast and can't quite cope when she accidentally kills her only friend. She's powerful, but not strong enough to revive someone. The crystals will help her fix everything. Hertz becomes integral in her plans since one of the crystals is hidden in hell. What better way to deal with your problems than to manipulate a child and dump all your baggage onto her? Why does it matter so long as you get what you want?

Ember (top right): She's a monster of some sort. Possibly undead since she doesn't have a neck and her head just floats. She can use magic and cast spells, but she still has a lot to learn. She may or may not be Ellixe from an alternate dimension.

Emerald (bottom left): She is Jade's mother and the wife of a successful businessman (his name is Sylco but I'm not drawing him since he's so minor.) She was a clique-y mean girl in high school who never quite matured past that. These days, she's your typical pushy mom on the PTA scrabbling for an ounce of control in her life since her husband is most definitely cheating on her while going on so many "business trips." At some point she truly did want to help out the schools, but now it's just a power trip. Such is life. She's a pronghorn, but I originally wanted to make her a gazelle.
