“i think it’s called mixing the wrong things at new year’s, luv,” she replied, barely looking up at vince, “party like gatsby, kick it like gatsby.”she appreciated his concern, though, so long as he didn’t go into the whole ‘so have you tried yoga?’ routine. “can’t hurt to throw some coffee into the mix, i suppose.” she reached for the drink and tried to drink it from her pathetic position, but she had to give up and actually sit up straight. “where’s your boyfriend?”

“em what could you ‘ve possibly taken that’s effectin’ you two weeks later?” he chuckles relived she wasn’t depressed but equally concerned with what was wrong with her. “that’s the spirit” he handed over the cup and watched as she tried to drink it lying down. vince shrugged “i’m not his keeper, sleepin’ maybe, its still early” he answered without acting like he didn’t know exactly who she was talking about. 

“were you high? you can tell me,” she wagged her eyebrows. “also like, is this an invitation or just you like, showing off? i need to know if i have to sit through it too.”

vince pinched his shirt collar bringing it to his nose and taking a sniff “what gave it away?” he smiled back unbothered by her knowing “that entirely depends on if you can supply popcorn, all my money went to the projector and a hulu subscription”

Sav: oh good to know, i guess i'll have to get around to it eventually. maybe we could watch it or s/t lol

Sav: omg i get your favorite how sweet 🥺

Sav: honestly it's perfect bc marshmallows are soft and sweet and so is he so 😂

Vince: i watched s/t when i was tiny don't remember it so it'll be like the first time for the both of us

Vince: it's no big i'll use leia

Vince: i hadn't either till two years ago so it's never too late
