Billy knew that Freddy had been upset with him. It hung, thick and uncomfortable in the silence that filled their days since, well, since Billy had died. Died and come back. Something that he hadn’t planned on.
After the initial joy of reuniting had passed, it didn’t take long for everyone to start treating him differently. Like he was this... fragile thing. That looking at him wrong would cause him to keel over. He was just glad that somebody was finally confronting it.
“I don’t regret what I did. I would do it again if I had to.”
freddy couldn't believe what he had just heard, it sickened him to think about a life without billy in it. just the thought of going through that loss again made his stomach turn, and not in a good way.
"take that back right now or i swear--" he didn't want to have to lose billy again, he doesn't think his heart could take it. not only him, but the rest of the family as well. "do you know how much we cried over losing you? and you're okay with doing it all over again? really?" he wanted to punch billy so badly right now.

"hypothetically speaking, if i was in fact a new recruit--what would you do about it?" he'd rather not step on anyone's toes if he could help it right off the bat, but then again--freddy was never good at dancing.

"SHAZ---!!!" freddy had been moments away from saying the word in order to help with the fighting, but before he could, he was picked up and whisked blocks away from the action. dammit! he could have done something to help!
but now it would seem as though he would have to sit this one out. so, loosening his grip on his crutch when told to calm down, freddy let out a breath that he didn't know he was holding.
"yeah..yeah of course, no problem, dude." not like he couldn't hold his own when he was in his hero form, but whatever.
caspian chuckled . he enjoyed his sense of humor. he shakes his head. “ it’s lupos. it’s an island off the coast of england and ireland , and let’s just say it’s in between them.” he says. the werewolf did try to describe it. “ it’s an island of werewolves .”
werewolves , humans. those who want to become a wolf . course this isn’t forced .
the lupine was very open to where he came from. the world of supernatural beings are still very secretive about their existence, but caspian trusts this man.
the werewolf fixed his clothes and he takes a sip of his water again. caspian is also living in new asgard too , but that’s in norway. far from lupos.
"alright, so hang on a second, there's an island of werewolves and nobody told me about this?" he should have been the FIRST one to find out about this place! his own secret paled in comparison to finding out about lupos. "i'm definitely going to have to go there one day. are superheroes allowed on this island? will i be turned into a werewolf if i come uninvited?"
there were so many questions going through freddy's head right now, he had to stop with those few.
"Oh, I see- you think that somehow makes you unique. You were beaten to the punch by one Mr. Jack Knight a few decades ago. Maybe you'll have better luck with your next endeavor." Does a child obsessed with Batman know anything about Starman? He has doubts. As a child growing up in Potomac, he was well aware of Opal City, Maryland and its denizens. He cringes to consider what that new Stargirl has done to the legacy and wonders if Mr. Swift is faring well.
Ah, but now his thoughts are wandering.
"You know, of all of your little cohorts, you're the one I find most intriguing." The disability, naturally. His own is a secret, but the opportunity for this conversation has come up. "Have you ever been tempted to...simply not change back?"
"you talking about one of the justice society guys?" honestly he's never really read up on the superhero, but he knew some of his lore. and if he was being compared to someone who was already part of a well known organization, he would have to feel proud of himself.
though he wasn't sure having sivana intrigued by him was a good thing.
"change back, you mean back into my superhero self? yeah uh, no thank you, i enjoy being able to fly."
finishing up watching barry and then i'll be getting to rps !
