Say hello to the adorable arbiter snailfish (Careproctus kamikawai). Snailfishes are a diverse and thriving group of fishes with over 400 described species. Their pelvic fins are modified into suction cups that allow them to fasten onto rocks, corals, or even research equipment and hold on in strong currents.

While Skateboarding isn't a common hobby or career path for most finches, this is just one small look into Jibby Finchy P Java Finch the most successful finch skater that has ever skote. While he makes it look easy, some Finches have completely fallen and eaten total shit while trying to skate- but as always, Jibby makes it look easy. Just a hop tweet and a skate away, he still remains a powerful example of awesome finches

These are all Baltimore Orioles, and I love how varied they can look. It's males, females, young and old, and I think they look glorious in every iteration. On top of that, they make the coolest sounds too. They are a perfect summer bird, they just delight on pure sight. That rhymes, and what rhymes is good, as Pumuckl used to say, a cartoon figure from my childhood. Happy weekend, world!

the henslow’s sparrow is a small passerine bird found in north america. they are often found in brushy grassland habitat along with marshes. during the breeding season, they are found in southern canada and the northeastern united states; during colder winter months, they migrate to the southeastern united states. they are omnivorous feeders that eat insects, berries, and seeds. their call is a quick see-lick.
