Face Claim: Walker Scobell. Since Wiggins is such a minor character im not really basing him off any specific adaptation but his Backstory was heavily inspired by the DC comics character Jason Todd

Personality: Will greatly admires Sherlock Holmes, even attempting to use his methods of deduction himself, to mixed but steadily improving rates of sucess. Will is very protective and loyal to his fellow Irregulars, feeling responsible for them as their leader.

Skills: Speaks English and Swedish + BSL . Can read lips. Slight of hand and pickpocketing. Parkour. Will mostly works as a lookout, following and surveiling suspects and gathering information.

Equipment: Singshot, pocket knife, army knife, binocoulars, backpack.

Backstory: Wills father moved to England from Sweden when he got a new job. While there he met and married Wills mum. Will was born hard of hearing and has hearing aids. When Will was a kid his parents died under mysterious circumstances. After that Will became homeless, pickpocketing, stealing and sometimes scamming to survive. One day he picked the wrong pocket: that of Sherlock Holmes. Holmes caught him and sent him to live at a nearby childrens home, but Will soon discovered that the home was nothing but a school for the next generation of criminals! Will only did crime to survive, he had no intrest in making it his job. He snuck out of his room and into the office of the headteacher, intending to steal the keys and get out of there. Instead he discovered plans to break into a museum. He took the plans and escaped, presenting them to Sherlock Holmes and helping him foil the plot. Thankfull for his help Sherlock struck an agreement that Will would assist him with gathering information in exchange for money and supplies. Will soon extended the offer to the kids from the home as well as all other homeless children in London. The kids made their base in an abandoned building in Baker street and the Baker street Irregulars were born. Sherlock Holmes cant be everywhere. But the Baker street Irregulars can.
