I’ve come to believe that relationships are either profound soul connections or distractions that pull you away from your highest self and true purpose often trapping you in the same toxic cycles.

Even if your life sucks right now, you can do things to make it suck less. Learn to make your favorite coffee drink. Wear clothes you really like. Do yoga. Sometimes the small things save us.
