I was digging through some boxes when my boyfriend mentions “oh yeah, this is the house with the big horse thing in the yard”.

I didn’t really pay attention, i thought it was just one of those lawn decoration that you see around, you know those plastic brown “real horse” garden ornaments.

He then looked in there backyard and said “hey there is that horse thing” I stopped digging through the box and looked up and immediately froze and did not move. I got giant goose bumps on my skin, the hairs on the back of my neck stood up and my mouth was hanging wide open.

I then smacked him on the arm and yelled “That is not a “horse thing” that is a giant sundance”.

Furbies eyes are massive, and that led me to the best realization in my life.

Linzi Bate designed a special edition Valentine’s Furby plush with Hasbro Global and additional mini plushies which reflect the different Furby personalities. She also created a Furby nightwear style guide for a Hasbro UK retail product pitch.

I’m not sure what plush is referred to when the source says it’s a Valentine’s one, and the design is most likely different from what’s pictured below. I know there are pink Famosa Furby plushies with hearts on their ears (including keychain versions of those) and then there are small Valentine’s keychains.

I am learning about furbies and their fellow friends, the shelby. Did you know that furbies live up to 125 years old?? Shelby can live even longer, for 175 years!

Furbies also literally NEED to bond with a complex lifeform to reach full maturity.

They originally lived on some islands in a underground ocean, but the species that bonded with the furbies, described as tall, slender and transparent, died because of climate change, so furbies had to migrate to the overworld.

Also furbies don't have the concept of gender and are canonicaly intersex
