We have been unable to find the answer to this question in spite of our efforts of infinite lifetimes. It might seem that every individual in this world wants something different. But that is not so. Every living being in this universe wants only thing, and that is “anand” or bliss or happiness. It’s amazing that every living creature desires only bliss, irrespective of their form, size, country of residence or religious faith, and that too without being taught by anyone to do so. There must be a scientific reason why this is so. But before we get to that, let us understand what “happiness” really means.

But one can not practice meditation by his own. It is wastage of his time and energy. None can deny that we need a teacher in every field of learning. Meditation, evidently, is the most entricate among all the arts and sciences. Therefore, we must seek the help of one who has crossed all internal heavens (spiritual planes) and is on our level as well as on the Lords and he is the True living Master. The initiation granted by him helps the initiates at every step in their spiritual journey. He is permanently connected with the Powerhouse of the holyname and divine light. He always emits the rays and all others absorb as per their receptivity. He is the God-in-man and according to Christ he is 'Word made flesh'.

When we taste of the inner Light and merge back in God we experience divine love. This birthright is awaiting each of us. — Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj
