Ran the half marathon in 1:35:22. Pretty pleased, it’s a PB by six minutes and even though I wanted to go under 1:30 there’s always next year! I ran this in memory of someone who was special, talented, ambitious and hard-working, whose battle with his personal demons was tragically lost. It meant so much to me as I ran around and I hope he knows how much he is missed here. For that reason, I ran for a charity that raises money to prevent young suicide and campaigns tirelessly against the stigma that mental health gives rise to

ran 10 miles today in 1 hour and 8 minutes which I am DELIGHTED about. Bodes well for my half marathon in just under a month!
