My favorite quirk of American English is that since we're constantly exaggerating, sometimes it's more intense to say something slightly less intense. Because like, it means you actually thought about it.

"you look great!" - normal. Anyone could say this. Could be true or could just be lying to be nice. Very normal expected thing to say to someone

"you look good." - gay as hell thing to say to someone.

You can use AAC if you are semiverbal.

You can use AAC if you are speaking but struggle with verbal shutdowns.

You can use AAC if you want to try it.

You can use AAC if you have voice dysphoria.

You can use AAC if you are too tired to speak.

You can use AAC if you think it will help you for any reason.

You can use AAC just because you want to.

AAC is for anyone who wants to use it! And any type of AAC is ok to use too. You don't have to limit how you communicate. Your needs are enough to be accommodated, I promise.
