Hey!! My name's Julia. I'm a shifter too and I saw a comment of yours on hilospy's post about sleep paralysis (deleted account). You said you have had sleep paralysis 5-6 times and it is so easy so get into but requires patience. (That comment is from 2024 btw.) I'm a sleep Paralysis enthusiast and I do know the science behind it and everything, but when it gets to inducing sleep paralysis, I get kinda bored?!?, impatient and disappointed. If you do not mind, could you explain how you get, how you do not fall asleep, or do not get bored during the waiting time to stay still?

Yes, I can totally answer your question. For the first few times I would enter sleep paralysis by accident, usually due to lack of sleep. The few times that I've gotten in intentionally was through meditation. One night while meditating, I laid there without moving for maybe an hour or so. When I was done, I rolled over and fell asleep. Later that night, I woke up in sleep paralysis. I hadn't really thought too hard about it. I was tired and allowed my body to just rest and it happened.
I haven't gotten sleep paralysis in a while or tried to get it intentionally. The best advice I could give you is to relax. If you are feeling bored, you could always play something calming in the background. Usually when I get sleep paralysis, it's usually something I wake up in rather than entering it.
So, my best advice is to relax and allow yourself to rest. If you're feeling bored or impatient you could just sleep like you would any other night. You and your mind are on the same page. If you want to enter sleep paralysis your mind will want the same thing. If you are feeling bored or impatient just say "fuck it, let me just gets some rest" and fall asleep.
Hopefully I answered any questions you've had. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. Theres no formula to it and I know you'll figure out what works best for you!!!
early shifttok wasnât wrong about counting during your attempt!! i know it may seem boring, but just hear me out for a second. when youâre counting and then suddenly find yourself questioning what number youâre on, thatâs actually the perfect moment to shift. okay, i lied, any moment is perfect. but hopefully you get my point!!
because in that sleepy state, youâre more likely to let go of resistance, things start to feel less controlled, you stop overthinking, you stop checking if itâs working, and it just becomes overall easier for you to let go of trying. because youâre not trying to shift, youâre simply directing your awareness to your dr. naturally, without any resistance. âčđč
Before I went to sleep last night I read a post about how counting numbers as a method is probably the easiest thing to get into the void/ your dr because right when you lose track of what number your on and youâre aware youâre getting confused THATS the best moment to shift. Youâre right on that edge of being awake but already on the verge of falling asleep and your brain isnât resisting.
I tried this last night and tell me why I had the most vivid lucid dream and I think for a moment I actually shifted because everything was literally in HD and I could control what I was doing. But I was wayyyy too tired last night to actually follow through with the shift so I just went to sleep.
Pls try it because itâs the most low effort but high reward method you could do (in my humble opinion)

Theta waves because I don't fall asleep on that (brown noise makes me fall asleep and the rest make my ears hurt) earbuds close eyes lay down (sitting made my back hurt so I couldn't relax) meditate. But like. Meditation is not take 89 or 70 breaths and keeping your mind still. No. It's just looking at your thoughts pass. You can even be like "oh so that's wrong" or like, talk inside your head about thoughts. No need to be "silent". That's it. Relax and do that and you're in. That's it. I'm so serious I'm going to throw up I didn't remember it so easy oh my god.

Infinite realities means infinite realities. Things that are normal here would be considered extremely abnormal in other realities. The laws of the world in this reality such as gravity may not even exist in other realities.
Infinite realities means that there are infinite possibilities and everything can exist. In some realities you have a brain in some realities your brain works differently. In other realities you donât have a brain.
We grew up here in this reality with our perspective being of someone who is born here, which is why it may be hard for a lot of shifters here to wrap their heads around things that may seem abnormal to us, because of how we grew up here.
But you can script anything. Thereâs no such thing as being unrealistic in the multiverse, you can script that you have wings that can retract in your body in your DR.
You can script that thereâs no atmosphere but people can still somehow breathe and that would make sense. You could script that everyone was only happy and you could live only a happy life but still be just as fulfilled without the bad things.
No you donât need suffering to appreciate the good. No itâs not the norm. No you wonât carry trauma into other realities if you donât wish. You wonât get trauma if you donât wish. You can script what you want. Realism doesnât exist in the multiverse. âRealismâ is a concept that operates from this reality and was created FOR this reality.
Therefore it cannot be applied to every single reality in the multiverse. This reality is just one reality of infinite. Just one reality out of the infinite realities in the multiverse. It doesnât determine anything.
Script what you want no matter how unrealistic it would be called here. Script you have a hundred powers. Script you are a twenty feet tall elf with wings. Script that you are a cosmic entity that can juggle planets if you wish.
You have infinity and eternity ahead of you so donât spend it limiting yourself.

i dont know how to articulate this well but some of you act like neurodiversity starts with adhd and ends with autism. you talk about "the neurodivergent experience" and everytime you mean "the overlapping experience of adhd and autism."
please remember us when talking about neurodiversity. ocd, dyslexia, dyscaculia, personality disorders, tourettes, intellectual disabilities, schizo-spec disorders, etc. all fall under neurodiversity.
please stop saying neurodivergent when you mean "autism and adhd."

Awareness Changes Everything
Awareness is just what youâre being conscious of all day.
Thatâs it.
Itâs not some mystical thing. Itâs not complicated. Itâs just where your attention rests and who you feel yourself to be.
If youâre constantly aware of âthis isnât working,â youâll keep seeing proof that it isnât working.
If youâre constantly aware of âthings always shift for me,â youâll start noticing small movements, opportunities, changes.
Awareness is not about forcing thoughts.
Itâs about what feels natural to you.
What feels normal?
Does it feel normal to be chosen? Does it feel normal to succeed? Does it feel normal to enter the void easily?
Or does it feel like something youâre trying to get?
That feeling of normal is your awareness.
And you donât change it by fighting your mind.
You change it by gently returning to the version of you who already has what you want.
Not obsessively. Not desperately. Just casually.
Like it makes sense.
The moment something feels normal to you internally, it starts reflecting externally.
Awareness is just who youâre being.
So the real question is, who are you being aware of yourself as today?

What a privilege it is to know about shifting and be overwhelmed by possibilities. Overwhelmed isn't always a bad feeling if it coming from a place of flow of emotions of being able to do whatever you want and be wherever you wanna be

âËâč á° your dr and cr are not that different. they are just two sides of the same coin, if you focus on them separately you'll see them as two separate things. but if take a step back you will see that they are the same, they are one. so instead of staring at the side you want while analysing the odds, just flip the coin. worst thing that happens is that it lands on the wrong side, but then you just pick it up and try again. you have an unlimited amount of tries and nothing to stop you.
