I’m all for the right to assemble. I’m all for protesting for a cause that you believe in. But I can’t get behind the violence and the destruction in the name of justice.

It does nothing but take away the focus and validity of your cause. If you want others to be open to your cause, if you want your cause’s impact to have longevity, protest peacefully – no matter what they throw at you. Don’t go and destroy your own city.
