Feels like I have a knife in my stomach, but I'll hold on and keep watching Netflix.✌🏻💋

I've stopped a binge just in time, and I'm going to work out.

I hate all mirrors

I will lose weight.

Depression? That too, but I dont want to go shower because i dont want to feel or see my naked body

If i dont eat, i feel awful, but happy with my progress. Then i eat because i cant resist anymore and i feel horrible, because losing progress. Also i figure out every single time, that the food wasnt even that good. So i just feel disgusted and fat and awful and insanely depressed. And thats when i realise it doesnt matter what i do, i always feel awful. So thats what life supposed to be? I have to feel bad no matter what i do?

Sometimes im just done. Done with life.

I feel hungry and I feel like binging, but I'll hate myself tomorrow if I do it, and I'll love myself if not. I'll decide right.🤍

It's funny how i watch a pick a card reading, about relationships, and the one that pops up in my head is my relationship with Ana.

I hope summer comes soon, but i will continue to wear my long sleeves. Just fyi

Sad fact: i have an apple binge, almost every third day. It doesn't make a huge damage, but its still a binge.
