Far too much ooc, I know. Just announcing a bit of a hiatus from regular posting due to a medical thing. Will be slowly working on drafts to build a steady queue. today I received news that my doctor has concerns about my heart. I'm starting medication and tbh it's scared the shit out of me. I have tests coming up and I guess we will see from there. please send all the good vibes. I'm adopted and have little to zero clue about my paternal family medical history.
Hello, everyone! I still need to reply to all my messages, but I wanted to post a quick update: Brighta is officially on hiatus for now. She’s not gone for good, though—I plan to bring her back sometime around or after Christmas.
Currently, I have over 70 drafts to work through, and I’ll be tackling them slowly at my own pace. Thank you so much to everyone who has sent kind words during this tough time—it means the world to me. This blog has been through a lot of traumatic experiences, and unfortunately, it has affected the overall vibe.
I want to emphasize that I’m not abandoning Brighta or her story. Her muse has been a little off lately and needs some fine-tuning. Revamping her can only go so far, so I think this break will help reset things.
For those waiting on recent replies, don’t worry—they’re safely in my drafts. I deeply apologize for the delay, which will likely last about a month. In the meantime, I’m focusing on other projects that are helping me clear my mind and stay creative.
