Overall of their lore:

He/They - Quite close to the father's light, since he's a really high-ranking angel.

He's a supreme angel who guards the secret palace/place of god, The area under his watch is like a place that fills with my important things (weapons, artifacts, the mythical/holy/divine stuffs), a holy garden of god (NOT EDEN😭)

They choose to be mute most of the time, due to their duty and vow. They only use their voice to sing for the god himself, or sing for the place/stuff they guard (singing, telling stories, reading the bible). Their voice is very holy. If they speak to you, it'll echo like crazy (idk how to explain it, but like a divine voice talking to you, yk, 1000 effects, and it's really mesmerizing)

He doesn't belong to the council, although they're considered high-ranking angel (they just guard divine places, not involved with the managing stuff. I based them on Cherubim:D)
