adding a queer character to a tv show raises the chances of me watching by about 90% and i bet it’s the same for most of you too, if a show really wants to boost it’s ratings we should be the target audience because we lock onto queer characters like heat seeking missiles 

i hate the whole “nobody should be disgusted with the naked body” morality. it doesnt take into account peoples own experiences and trauma. maybe a rape victim doesnt fucking feel comfortable seeing that. or maybe a heavily body dysphoric trans person doesnt want to see that. or an asexual might feel uncomfortable. maybe not everyone is the same and some people have the right to feel uncomfortable with the naked human body and its okay.
