in a lot of my friendships im the mentally stable one, except then i think about it and realize that actually i just hate telling ppl about my feelings so its not like my friends would know im ever going thru it

also i just feel so guilty for being absent or not showing up for people but like sometimes im just so not ready to help people work through their problems like i just cant stand talking to people sometimes i want to hop in a void
