Honestly, this was like a what if? They didn't know.

My thought process for that was they know it but the same time they don't know much about it.

They are monsters, and most of the lore suggest that they don't like human at all, hence I thought they wouldn't care much to learn human biology after everything that they have been through because of humans. Maybe the doctor, yes. Because of all of his experiments.

Harlequin and pierrot are both dangerous and they work differently yes but still they are the same Predators that kill, eat humans, probably have done many illegal things to have their way, and at the end of the day them are man eatting monsters,one wrong move and we are gone
