something that lowkey keeps me awake at night is how time is so ambiguous in hsr. i don't really know how long it's been since Welt joined the Express and i'm pretty sure it hasn't been specified. i also don't know how big is time dilatation between hsr and wherever the hell is our (hi3) solar system, so...

i wonder how he is going to feel when he realizes that he is unable to recall their voices or features. imagine how weird it must feel when the Tesla in his memories stops sounding like her. when Bronya's and Einstein's expressions start mixing together.

while it's safe to assume he feels some degree of guilt for his choice, will there be a moment when he stops and regrets leaving his world behind? silly Welt, trying his hardest to prove himself worthy, usable, to the point of breaking himself apart over and over again. someone who wants to be reliable, but can't help but run away from home like a rebellious little boy.
