Exhibit A: Kalim proposing. Now, is this Kalim *actually* planning to propose, or is it just him beginning his weekly rant about how cute he thinks your kids will look?

Kalim's heart is an open book. He doesn't care about other people's opinions. He loves you, so he's going to say it. Every. Single. Day.

Can you blame his siblings for not believing him? For his parents not taking him seriously? He comes home one random day and spouting a tangent to begin preparing for an engagement party which just sounds like common Kailm behavior.

Not even Jamil believes him. Not after countless years of hearing Kalim's lovesick Jargen. He just groans in exhaustion and signals for everyone to ignore it.

Sweet sunshine doesn't realize that he is being overlooked until he whips out a ring to ask his mother's opinion on it, and suddenly the room is drop dead silent.

Then uproar. All his siblings are crowding around to share his excitement and it's like the room's aura made a complete change. Kalim thrives in the attention and all the well wishes.

He hopes they'll be just as happy once you say yes! If not more!

.....cue Jamil's groan. Again. This time in frustration.

They should have know. Of course he would do all this before asking.

Bless you for your patience. With his parents' blessing, Kalim once again gets wrapped up in his excitement and runs off to visit you.

Moving on. This...overzealous...behavior Kalim exhibits does not only apply to his family and friends.

My dear, he has proposed many times to you in casual conversation. Dreaming of a big wedding with a feast to serve hundreds. He displays tooth-rotting infatuation to you on a daily basis.

Kalim sends flowers and fruit baskets to your home weekly. He cherishes you like you've been dating for months, not years. The man is stuck in the puppy love stage but for him it isn't a 'stage'. It's simply how he will always be. The spark has not dimmed. He still hums as he knocks on your door, bouncing on the balls of his feet, and shoves his shoes off with super speed to tackle you in a hug.

Get it?

This is why you are not taken aback by the rapid knocking on your door. Kalim stopping by on impulse just to see you is not rare. Although, he normally would send a plethora of texts while on his way.

Even so. You don't hesitate to dry your hands from cleaning dishes, and speed walk to the door. You can hear his shoes tap against the outdoor floor in anticipation, and swing the door open with a smile.

On the other side, is Kalim down on one knee with a hand aimed to knock again. When he sees you, the largest grin spreads on his face. You don't even get to question why he is on the ground-

"Marry Me!"

Used to his excitable greetings, you laugh heartily and throw the dishrag in your hand over your shoulder. "Mhm. Mhm. I missed you too," comes out between chuckles, as you turn around so he can let himself in. You miss the way his face falls and his lips purse, before he grabs your wrist and yanks. You twirl and stumble forward, catching yourself on the door frame, hunched over with your wrist still in his grasp.

Kalim is resolute, and you can't help but gawk as he pulls out a ring wrapped in a gold, silk handkerchief from his pocket

"Marry Me," he says again, this time more firm. His ruby hues lock with yours, and he looks both at and through you at the same time, "I love you. I want you. Only you,"

He says no more. There is a lifetime for flourishes, but right now Kalim only wants you to know what is in his heart.

When you don't back away, he slips the ring over your finger. His heart hammers in his chest in a mix of jubilation and happiness. Not a moment later you are in his arms, tackled to the ground in the doorway of your home. Kisses being peppered up your arms from your ring finger to your lips.

{A bright pink diamond sits amidst a sunburst cut, and is surrounded by other pure diamonds on a silver band. The biggest expression of wealth and devotion. This ring costs enough to make you feint, but is chosen with purpose. Many say Kalim is like the sun. Yet in his eyes, you are his sun. There is no comparison. Only fact. If mystery was embodied in a man, it would be Jamil. You never know what is going on in Jamil's mind. Sometimes he slips. Rarely. If you can fluster him enough or find him when he hasn't slept in days. Otherwise Jamil is a brick wall when it comes to his true emotions.

Especially when it comes to you. He has always been exceedingly careful. He is still careful. He takes no chances, but he loves your game. The way you can pick him apart, and how he always has to be one step ahead. It’s challenging. It’s exciting. It’s love.

You see how he holds back. That he reigns himself in. In the few years you have spent at his side, you've learned to read him in ways that other people cannot. There are times when you get to see him become overcome with passion. When he is dancing, or when he is broom racing with his dormmates. When he is cooking a new dish or haggling prices on shopping trips.

When he confessed his feelings. It was the greatest surprise since being transported to a new universe. You had no idea how he felt. Not an inkling. Had he not said anything….well, you may have gone your entire time at NRC believing your affections were unrequited. He had no tells. Permitted none for himself.

On one hand, his ability to dilute his emotions has created many opportunities for surprises. Getting to see those little moments of passion; being one. Each action of his has a meaning that only you understand. Every glance as you pass in the halls, the brush of his fingers against yours as you sit together to study, being allowed to braid his hair even if it’s just to “keep you quiet”, all his little quips and murmurs being whispered into your ear instead of under his breath.

On the other hand, there are still barriers. Some closed tightly and no matter how hard you search for a key - there isn’t one. It was broken a long time ago and only Jamil himself can remanufacture it. Sometimes his resilience makes it hard to tell what he is planning…which can be lonely.

In your final year at NRC, many things are uncertain. This place is all you have ever known in Twisted Wonderland. With it being taken away…you do not have a floor to stand on. On the other hand, Jamil looks fine, if not *eager*, to graduate. Neither of you addressed what would become of your relationship after graduating. Jamil had thought of it, no doubt. He thinks of everything. You had as well, but were afraid to ask. When it came to the future, Jamil was always so resolute. He knew his path in life and planned to continue carving it.

The question hanging in the air being if you’d be chiseling alongside him, or in a different direction. Unknown to you, Jamil had this problem solved long before you began to wonder - and he was one step ahead. As always.

A ring. Unassuming and in plain sight, sat on the rim of the windowsill above the kitchen sink. How did it get there? You do not know, but it caught your attention as you cleaned up from breakfast. The morning sun glistened against the band, and you carefully picked it up to twirl between your fingers.

An engagement ring, but whose?

“Well, are you going to put it on or just stare at it?”

You jump and nearly drop the ring in the kitchen sink. In the reflection of the window you see Jamil, leaning against the doorway with his arms crossed and his classic unamused deadpan. At your silence, he pushes off and comes to take the ring

“Last time I take advice from - ,” he grumbles and you miss the rest of it, too distracted with how he plucks the ring from your grasp, and holds your hand more gently than you ever thought he could. He stares down at it, content, and surprised you yet again with his tender touch“hmm…it fits. Good”

It slips on your finger smoothly, and he lifts your hand to wave in your face. This time, an unspoken communication passes between you. A promise that you are going to have a lifetime to pick apart those little mannerisms of his - and that he wants you to. He loves this game of secrets just as much as you do.

“Be my spouse. Go where I go, and we’ll be fine. Together….I can’t handle if you’re not near. I’ll lose my hair, do you want that? Want me to go bald?…come with me. You are the one happiness that I refuse to sacrifice,”

You both changed your last names. Hid that you two knew or were a part of the jujutsu world. Your lives were completely turned upside down to ensure this baby had a chance. That your family had a chance.

Choso, especially, did everything he could to ensure your safety. You were not going to meet Choso's mother's same fate, and he would be damned if his children met the same fate as him and his brothers.

This was going to be different. This family was going to be his and his alone to take care of. To protect.

He was no longer “older brother” first; he was “papa” first and an older brother second. Regardless, he was still the leader of his family. Nothing was more important to him than family.

Dad!Choso is more affectionately addressed as Papa!Choso

When he got you pregnant, the only name he used to address you was "mama." Your name too when it came to more serious matters, but 90% of the time you were always "mama”.

“You feeling okay today, mama?”

“Hey mama, do you know where my hair ties are?”

“You’re glowing today, mama.”

“Fuck, you feel so good, mama.”

Choso is 1000% a girl dad. Never knowing a love quite as powerful as when his first daughter was born. He was hooked. He was completely devoted to the little girl in his arms, who held his entire heart.

Choso was the eldest brother of the cursed womb death paintings. Half human. Half curse. But when he fell in love with you and reproduced with you, his children took on a similar concept as the death paintings. All of his children were mostly humans with sorcerer abilities or maybe even curses. Who really knew? Choso's genetic makeup was as much a mystery to you as your kids were. You both were not completely sure.

Choso was no longer the eldest brother of the death paintings. He was now the father of the seven virtues.

CONTEXT: You two are in the same classroom (for whatever reason) sitting relatively far from each other. It was a class with Professor Trein.

Kalim is easily distracted. And now that you're in the same room as him it's difficult for him to concentrate for more than two minutes in class.

When you look at him, he is looking and smiling at you with his chin resting in his hands.

As soon as you make a heart with your hands for him, he at first is surprised, but in the next second his smile gets bigger, and he reciprocates your heart by doing the same with his hands in a very non-subtle way.

Which makes Professor Trein draw his attention and give him a quick scolding. And consequently to you too, because it was obvious who Kalim was looking at.

He will continue to be distracted by your presence despite everything.

After class he will apologize for making the professor scolding you too. But he doesn't want to apologize with just words, so he invites you to go eat lunch at Scarabia.

Jamil is practically never distracted, but he is always attentive and with his guard up. So it's not difficult for him to feel that you are looking at him.

He discreetly looks at you with a look that says a polite "What?"

You make a heart with your hands for him and he automatically blushes, and looks away from you as if he wanted to hide his face.

But then, he realizes that you might think he doesn't feel the same way about you and decides to look back at you while your gaze is still on him.

He's still flattered and slightly embarrassed when he makes a heart with his thumb and forefinger for you.

After that, every now and then, he will look at you for a moment. And if you notice and look at him with a smile, he will try to hide his slight flattered smile with one of his hands.

Vil isn’t the type to get distracted in class, but he is the type to check in on the other students for a moment. Or at least the students who interest him. Which, in addition to the other Pomefiore students, right now, is also you.

If, by chance, you're not looking at him, he'll be happy that you're paying attention in class. If you are looking at him, he will also smile, but in a smug way. He understands that you can't help but look at him, but you need to be attentive in class, sweet potato.

When you make a heart with your hands for him, he smiles slightly, as if even though he was happy about it, he was still repressing you with his eyes for not paying attention in class.

He won't reciprocate your heart. Yet.

If after that you start paying attention in class and show yourself to be a good student, the next time you look, then yes, he will make a heart with his thumb and index finger and wink at you.

Epel is a dedicated student, but that doesn't mean he doesn't get distracted from time to time, especially during boring moments.

When he sees you making a heart with your hands for him, he is so surprised that he drops his pen on the head of the student in front of him.

Epel apologizes, but the other student is upset with him. It was Professor Trein who stopped them from starting a fight with a warning.

He sits down and looks at you with a sulking face, as if he's blaming you for what happened, but at the same time flattered.

He won't reciprocate you yet, because he's still a little sulky. But later, when you look at him again, he will make a heart with his thumb and forefinger at you, but with an reluctantly look on his face. That's because those hearts are cute and he doesn't like to do cute things, but for you he does it hoping not to be noticed by the others.

Rook is impressively... strange. At the same time as he is paying attention to the important parts of the class, he is also paying attention to you.

When you look at him, he is already looking at you, and he smiles charmingly at you.

You decide to make a heart with your hands for him. His reaction: BEAUTÉ! But not out loud, you can hear him say this in your head when you see his eyes sparkle looking at you.

He makes the same heart with his hands for you. Without caring about the students seeing you two doing it, just making sure Professor Trein doesn't see so you don't have any problems.

Next time your eyes meet, he will reciprocate your initiative the first time by blowing you a kiss this time.

And now whenever you look at each other it will be implied that you should exchange hearts and/or kisses with each other. And remember, you started.

IF for some reason, or obligation, Idia is physically present, his posture and expression will clearly say that he does not want to be there mainly out of boredom or annoyance. Besides social anxiety.

You'll have to try a few times until he does NOT immediately look away when he notices you looking at him.

You will smile at him first and wait for him to smile slightly back. And then yes, you make a heart with your hands for him.

The ends of his hair will turn slightly pink and he will cover his head with his hood. Professor Trein does not reprimand him because he understands it as an act to prevent the flames in his hair from distracting the other students and because he knows Idia's social anxiety problems. So he just ignores it.

For a long time, he doesn't look at you again during class. At least not when you're looking at him too.

Only at the end of the class, seconds before the students started to pack up their materials to leave, do you decide to look at him one last time.

And you see him looking at you, with his bangs slightly pink and making a heart with his thumb and index finger at you. Fingers close to his face so he could pretend he was just adjusting his hood before leaving.

You’ll probably receive messages from him telling you not to be so cute in class because that is a type of attack in which he has a disadvantage.

Ortho is a robot, he doesn't necessarily need to pay attention in class. he only does it or pretends to do it to have the experience of a human student.

One of his interests, more than classes, are his fellow students. So when you look at him, he's likely to look back at you and you'll see his eyes showing the smile that his covered mouth can't.

You make a heart with your hands for him in response to his cute look. Which made him even cuter because now, in addition to smiling, he was a little blushing.

He reciprocates by making a heart with his hands for you too. A heart like the one you made.

You provided him with yet another new student experience for his data.

Of course Malleus is focused on you as much or more than he is on class. You certainly interest him more than whatever Professor Trein may be teaching about something that Lilia must have already told him.

So when you look at him, he's already looking at you, and he gives you a little amused smile.

You make a heart with your hands for him, but he doesn't really understand what you're doing at first. Only a few seconds later does he remember Lilia doing that one day and explaining to him what it was.

When he realizes this, you watch him widen his eyes in surprise before his smile widens charmingly. You really are full of surprises and he loves that.

He makes the same heart for you, but it ends up being a little crooked, which only makes it cuter.

If any student looks at any of you judgementally, he will receive a frightening and penetrating look from Malleus, causing him to cower in that instant.

Now he doesn't care about class anymore. You definitely made his day. And you can see, if you look at him again, during the rest of the class, him smiling as he looks at you.

Silver really tries hard not to fall asleep in class. So he tries to pay attention to the Professor when he is awake and not to the other students.

But sometimes no matter how attentive you want to be in class, the subject simply bores you so much that you can't pay enough attention, doesn't matter how hard you try.

And it is at these times that a sleepy student starts to look around to try not to fall asleep. This is when he looks at you and coincidentally (or not) you look back at him.

If you smile at him, he will smile at you back, that little smile that on his face means a lot. And then, you decide to make a heart with your hands for him.

He looks slightly confused before abruptly turning his attention back to Professor Trein because he asked the class a question. He doesn't reciprocate your heart, at least not for now, because he's unsure whether you really did it or whether he dreamed it up.

Only after the class is over will he come to you and ask: “Hi, um, did you use your hands to make the shape of a heart?” You say yes. “And was it for me?” You confirm again. “Oh, I’m really sorry I didn't reciprocate. I was a little drowsy and didn't know if it was real or just a good dream. I'm afraid it's a little late now to do the same for you. Is there anything you would like me to do? I would really like to show you that the feeling is mutual.”

Sebek is like a soldier even in class. So he will not take away his attention from class under any (or almost any) circumstances. So you're the one who's going to have to get his attention somehow if you want to do this and see his reaction.

You still consider looking at him until he feels your gaze and looks back at you. But this could take a long time and you might get a warning from the Professor. So, as someone who clearly spends a lot of time with Ace, you crumple up a little piece of paper and throw it at him when the Professor isn't looking.

Like a good soldier trained by Lilia, Sebek catches the paper moments before it reaches his face without difficulty, and looks at you with that extremely disapproving look.

This is your opportunity and you don't waste time making a heart with your hands for him. His disapproving face instantly blushes and he looks away back to the professor. If he opens the paper you threw at him, he will see a heart drawn on it and he will blush again.

No matter how many times he looks at you again during the rest of class, he won't return your heart. You misbehaved, making a student lose attention from class for something so frivolous, you don't deserve a heart made by his hands.

“HUMAN!” He'll call you out in the hallway after class, and scolds you for what you did, saying that you, more than him, should pay attention in class instead of sending papers to distract others. “And just to be clear, I didn't dislike your gesture, but you must not do it in class.”

Let's face it, Lilia doesn't even need to pay attention in Professor Trein’s class. He probably already knows more than he is taught.

So most likely when you look at him, he is already looking at you with his chin resting on his hands. Being cute as always. And he will smile at you.

The plot twist here is that before you can make a heart with your hands for him, he's the one who makes it for you first. If you pout at him because you wanted to be the one doing it first, he'll put on his "I'm innocent" cute face.

You make your heart with your hands to return his and he smiles even more at you. His cheeks even turn slightly pink, making his smile even cuter.

During the rest of the class, whenever your eyes cross, he will make more hearts with his hands for you, in every way he knows how, or just wink at you, if he thinks he can be caught with the hearts.

You must reciprocate them all if you can, otherwise you will have to deal with the weight on your heart of seeing his sad face looking at you with puppy eyes.

When cuddling he will spontaneously kiss your neck, and introduce soft tongue flutters over your skin that break up your words

Snores but very softly, almost like purrs when you're laying on his chest

Moves around a lot in his sleep and takes you with him most of the time because he just does not want to let go of you, you're his pillow, his cuddle buddy

When he can't sleep due to stress he likes to listen to your breathing and your heart beat

compared to ibara, yuzuru is quite affectionate in his own way. he’s not hesitant to show his love and affection in public, but at the same time, he doesn’t do it as much considering how professional he is. 

yuzuru shows his affection through brewing you tea every morning, bringing you some homemade food that he had made, and leans more towards words of affirmation. he loves showering you with compliments and constantly reassures you.

yuzuru is extremely gentle towards you— both physically and mentally. he’s too kind to even dare to insult you, or become aggressive towards you.

the way he talks to you is so… soothing. his voice is soft and careful as the last thing he wants, is for you to feel uncomfortable around him. his touches are also delicate and gentle, as if he was treating you like fragile glass.

yeah overall he’s just too polite and elegant to be rough LMAO

nah, not really. yuzuru trusts you way too much. he’s not the type to get jealous over some random person attempting to woo you or anything, he knows you’re his and he’s yours. the only time he’ll ever get jealous is if you’re spoiling tori way too much, maybe, or he wouldn’t really care.

THOUGH IF HE IS JEALOUS… expect a lot of cuddles when you’re behind close doors. he’ll start acting like that one clingy koala partner and refuse to let you go until you give him more attention.

yes. yuzuru had grown attached to you, if he ever lost you, he won’t show it, but he will feel a little less happier. just like ibara, you’re one of the only people he will show his vulnerable side to.

thinking about losing you makes yuzuru already feel empty inside. he’s scared, horrified even. you complete him and he knows that full well, if he ever loses you he won’t be able to love the same way ever again.

"Hey, hey, hey~", numerous pokes to Jamil's cheek continues as he bit the inside of his other cheek; suppressing the bubbling anger inside him.

Tonight Jamil was a bit too quiet, too silent that it was abnormal to you since usually he would start cuddling you and discuss each other's day but unfortunately he is unresponsive. You tried asking questions occasionally but not a peep was given nor a glance, he kept scribbling and scribbling on his notebook until you decided you'll force to get a sound out of him.

So here you are, babbling greetings and questions to your boyfriend who won't acknowledge your existence just like the day you tried being an acquaintance to him. While reminiscing on the old days where you both weren't lovers, Jamil crumpled a piece of his notebooks paper out of annoyance and turned his back on you which of course led you to stop visiting la la land (also known as the world in your head).

In Jamil's perspective, he is close to kicking you out but he can't do that since he doesn't want to deal with the stress of you being mad about him. It was a very stressful day, too stressful that it rendered him speechless -- literally.

It started off with him passing by the board game club to where he encountered Azul, challenging him to a game of mancala in 5 rounds, loser makes a deal with Azul or have a favour done for "free" with Azul. Jamil says that he does not have the time since he's delivering Kalim's forgotten homework; it was tedious shaking off Azul's offer but Jamil scheduled a meet up after school to finish business. Then when he let Kalim make food while he does some work with other students; Kalim spilled chili on the floor and texted him about the incident and told that he'll mix all of the cleaning supplies to make it, and I quote, "super clean! :D". And of course, there were multiple quizzes and homework he had to do as punishment for being late for some classes out of helping Kalim out then an incident occurred in alchemy class because one of his group mates over poured once ingredient in a spell; they were punished by doing more homework.

Jamil's train of thoughts had stopped when you nibbled on the back of his neck while trying to tickle him at the sides of his stomach. He needed you to stop but he's too tired to bother scold you since he already had enough of today. He turned to you which caused you pause and look at him.

"Finally, you-" before you even finished your sentence, Jamil grabbed both of your hands and pinned you on the bed. He made one of his hands tie down both of yours while the other stays empty. He made his way to your neck and started nibbling it, this made you giggle but that wasn't the reaction he wanted so he bit you; not enough to harm you but enough to make you squeal.

"You know.." his eyes stare into your soul which caused you to look away but his other hand made you look at him by grabbing your chin, "sometimes you make me so mad, it makes me want to bite you."

You froze in place, contemplating whether or not you should be nervous and be quiet or just apologise for your misdeeds. His grip on both of your hands loosen up as he sighs and falls beside you, pulling your form towards his body as he hid his face in your hair. You patted one of his arms, still surprised but slowly you calm down.

"... bad day?"

".. yes."

"You wanna talk about it?"

"... later."

Your turned your body to face him, he lifted his head off your hair and placed himself on your chest; to where you met your neck face to face. "I'm sorry." He kissed the area he bit and caressed your back. It was soothing, having your neck kissed whilst your back gets rubbed by the warmth of his hands, it was lovely.

"Let's get some food later and then I'll forgive you~"

"You just want me to keep doing this, don't you?" He kissed your neck again with a small smirk forming on his face.

"Hush." You huffed, he giggled as he buried his face on your chest while continuing to caress your back. Your returned the favour by brushing his smooth hair with your fingers and occasionally kiss the top of his head.

・Our pretty little sun here is fond of body worship. Since the very beginning, he praised your body, from the sensation of your plump lips touching his cheeks as a greeting to the feeling of your warmth taking him deep inside yourself as for the first time. He never fails on speaking oh how much he adores every single inch of you: the gleam in your eyes, the softness of your hair, every single freckle or mole and the colour of your skin.
