Hubs turned 58 today so had to fix his favorite veggie. Thanks to our weekly co-op Bountiful Baskets I have several of my favorite squash waiting on hand. Hasselback Butternut Squash headed out the door with him to his mom’s today while I stayed home with the granddaughter who is getting over a week of the flu. Thankfully she heads back to school on Monday in time for get Ducky to head to the doctor to see why I keep dropping eggs and I can’t hold a sewing needle to close up a doll seam. Until then I can continue to read my favorite authors and search for new one too. Right now I am on the hunt for AOC in romance and RomCom categories. I am open to an type of romance. So hit me up.
