'Eww, what are you doing?' Puppycat growled, face contorted in disgust.

Bee was crouched in the bathroom, staring at a plant that had grown up through the toilet. "Hey, Puppycat, look at this," she said as she poked one of the plants in its squishy watery eye, "these things just showed up here!"

'But why are you touching them,' inquired her companion, buzzing in annoyance.

"I like them, they're funny looking," she said as she got up and left the bathroom, "maaaaaybe I can find some more outside!"

'Do what you want,' Puppycat grumbled as he returned to the couch. This episode of Pretty Patrick Lunchtime was too good to pass up. He wasn't sure how long she was gone, but eventually Bee returned with a huge cluster of eye flowers.

She threw them down on top of her furry friend as he shrank away in disgust. 'Ahh, sick, why?'

A cry rings out, rolls through the little hamlet of Hobbiton, and on through the hills of the south farthing.

"Pippin!" Rushing footsteps could be heard outside as the young Took rubbed sleep from his eyes. The large round door of his hobbit hole began shaking as his friend hammered on the door, "Pippin! The pipe weed is all gone!"

The door continued to rattle, as he shuffled through the halls to make it to the front door. "I'm coming, calm down."

As the door swung open, a cloud of smoke billowed out, pressing the unmistakable smell of pipe weed into Merry's face. "You?" he asked, incredulously.

A slight scream escaped her lips as she unceremoniously plummeted 3 feet to the ground. "Hey, watch it! You're going to give us away!" She hissed through gritted teeth, glaring up at her companion.

"Oh, calm down Bonnibel, I only dropped you like a foot," came a voice from the darkness as the large bat-like creature landed next to her partner in crime. "And you're the one making noises, not me"

"That's not the point, and you know it Marceline," she replied as she got up, brushing snow and ice from her dress. She crept slowly into the Ice King's living room. Marceline hovered close behind her, taking a pause to return to her human form. "do you know where he hid it?"

She stared at the princess for a moment putting her finger to her lips, before chuckling softly to herself, "knowing Simon, he probably just hid it under his bed"

PB stopped dead in her tracks, turning to face her companion, "his bed? The one he's sleeping in?"

She flipped upside down to avoid her friend, continuing towards the Ice King's bedroom, "chill out, princess, he's a heavy sleeper." And before Bubblegum could follow, she heard a voice from the other room.

"Hwa? What are you doing here? Did we have a jam sesh planned that I forgot about?" The princess hid as the Ice King came skidding out of his bedroom, towards his drum kit. "Gunter! Fetch daddy his drumsticks!"

Princess Bubblegum watched, mouth agape as the Ice King somehow didn't notice her. Marceline floated out of the bedroom to follow him, and as she did, she gestured for the princess to go get what they came for.
