Day 28 of Cycle
Have had melancholy for the past week — no motivation Thursday and Friday. Have been hyper-fixating on one hobby since day 18-19 and hyperfixation on another topic since day 24.
Diet has been normal — less sugar, quite a bit of dairy this month tbh, and acne has been active for the past three days (since day 26).
Symptoms today:
- anxiety
- depression
- hyper-fixation
-suicidal ideation
- antisocial behavior

I might have eaten too much yesterday... Because I have a stomach ache today.
So today I just ate rice with vegetables and drank milk.
5/10. I didn't really want to eat today at all, but my mom made me.

Day 28 of posting about Lighthouses
Fanad Head Lighthouse
Fanad Head was built in 1817 after the crash of the ship HMS Saldanha in the area. It has since been voted one of the most beautiful lighthouses in the world. The light is 39 meters tall and still active.
