Iâm zinzernin, a French art history student who likes to make stuff when Iâve got free time (so not a lot but trying to improve that!). I want to share my art here, share art history brainrot, talk about stuff I like (video games, books I readâŠ.)
đš I paint with gouache, would like to try oil painting someday, and currently trying to get around Procreate (itâs so hard???)
đȘĄ I cross stitch. I like to remake famous paintings in cross stitch!
đžđ„ I play the bass and the drums. I used to be a percussionist in an orchestra but Iâm currently taking a break from it.
đ I write fanfictions (I wonât share my fanfic acc but if weâre close you can ask for it!), Iâm trying to journal for therapy and Iâll see how it goes.
đ I mostly read fanfictions but I try to diversify my TBR! As Iâm writing this post Iâm currently reading LâOeuvre by Emile Zola and Tre volte all'alba by Alessandro Baricco.
đź I play video games and I donât know if I will be sharing a lot of it here, but it inspires me to paint, and I might talk about animal crossing since I play it a lot and love to decorate my island over and over again!
đŒïžâȘïž I study art from -2000 b.c to ~1960, but I love occidental medieval art, art during the counter-reformation, XIXth century art and Art Nouveau. I also love architecture and decorative arts. I unfortunately only study occidental art at university and hope I can broaden my knowledge of art history here!
