This page covers general info for Sui-Feng and Omaeda during the Blood War arc. For Sui-Feng it’s losing her bankai, training, etc. For Omaeda, it was saving his little sister.
At the bottom of the page it reads, 変わらぬ人事. It essentially talks about a problem a character has faced in the arc, or something that has changed about them or what they’ve done. For Sui-Feng it was managing without her bankai, and for Omaeda it was helping his Captain.

The Japanese fans like Susumebachi because of how interesting it’s shikai techniques are. Also that it’s arm/hand form is pretty.
Fans liked it because of it being a kind of a hammer style zanpakutou.
Fans enjoyed this fight because of the heartfelt connection between Yoruichi and Sui-Feng. One fan notes that the line, ‘why didn’t you take me with you?’ was easily her favourite and she loved it.
