Discord:

Moderate chat for appropriate content and maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere

Encourage member participation in the conversation by creating polls, emojis, and discussions

Host game nights (optional)

Event Coordinator (hiring 1, team of 3)

Brainstorm ideas, plan event details, and ensure smooth coordination of the events

Draft posts on Tumblr and announcements on Discord

Graphic Designer (hiring 1, team of 2)

Create banners and posters for Tumblr posts (including events, website, etc.)

Ensure alignment and cohesiveness of graphics with the overall theme of the network
