Straight to the point, Past!Talulah was a lot like Amiya. She traveled around with Patriot and Frostnova to gather and help the infected. She's a kind and caring leader, it's the reason why everyone (including Faust, Mephisto, W, Alex, Crownslayer) was devoted to her.

Frostnova followed her because she believed that someone with strong ideals like Talulah could be their saviour.

And ofc something happened, Talulah changed overnight and became a tyrant. She betrayed Frostnova's faith in her, their ideals together for a better world, in the end Frostnova was used as a piece on the chessboard like anyone else.

Amiya even asked if she hated Talulah and the answer is... No.

Despite everything, despite the betrayal, despite the lies, on her last dying breath Frostnova still asked of the Doctor to save Talulah. She couldn't hate her. She couldn't hate someone who tried to make her alcohol candy so she could feel warmth. She couldn't hate someone who forced a smile eating the candy despite it tasting like a bonfire. She couldn't hate someone with sincere eyes, someone she used to love.

In conclusion, their current relationship was eh, complicated.
