Curious and Curiouser

So I don’t think anyone reads through tumblr, especially mine, anymore, so that’s a thing. BUT I’ve done a lot of good things for myself recently, like today my mile time clocked in close to 9:30, and even though it was a shorter run, I feel really good about it after slogging through 10:00 minute miles for the last week. I didn’t get the job I wanted, but the person in charge of all of that has passed on my information so I may get a job elsewhere so that’s good. I’ve been trying to avoid sugar and honestly, it hasn’t been great but I’m doing much better than I was so I’ll give myself a pat on the back for that. I’m also back on the sober train, not that drinking was a problem before but I’ve just realized I don’t really like it and I’m not certain I ever did. I’m also just doing a lot of good things for me right now and it feels phenomenal.

One of those things has been consistently purging and purging and purging, trying to minimize the sheer number of things I own. I’ve been staring into a closet full of things that haven’t quite fit me for a while now and they’ve really limited my choices, even though I’ve been too lazy to fix it. Not that my health doesn’t need to be managed better, because tbh it does, but I also need to have reminders that don’t make me feel god awful for having gained weight back because that’s just gonna make me feel hopeless, and less like myself. SO button downs, chinos, khakis, stripes, denims, in sizes that fit are all coming back and streetwear I’m sorry, you’re now a guest rotation in my collection NOT a regular appearance.

So there's a short list of things I need to do:

1.) Get job for next year.

2.) Spend all summer heightening the veg factor. I think I’ve been eating too much meat and its been messing with my everything.
