The reflecting pool looks great now! But of course it does: it's Day 1 (or thereabouts) and we're seeing it from ~500 yards away in this video.* It would require a catastrophic fuck-up for it to look bad under those conditions. The question has always been whether the long-term improvements justify the expense, and no one can really answer that yet.

*And I think we can all agree that the side-by-side comparison was manipulated to make the after shot look better than the before shot.

You ever get the feeling that some people have no idea what they're talking about? Case in point:

How do you even respond to something like that? There aren't enough "bless your heart"s in the world!
