Lots of stuff to do in it and it kinda feels like a much more kid friendly version of GTA

Ok, I finished the game and only 1 trophy is left.

I have to do the legendary drawing things and then I get a platinum.

It does kinda suck that some of the stuff requires it to be a certain season and the seasons can take a long time to change.

I think overall the game is good, but it does have some minor things that I don't like.

Certainly one of the better AC games for sure.

The 2-character thing is cool on paper, but I wish it actually did more with it, like I was hoping that you would actually see the other character doing their thing while you were doing the specific task for your character.

I think like it would have made a good coop experience if you could fight alongside the other character, but that only happens a few times.

3rd time doing the Ezio like thing where the main character's family gets killed and then goes on revenge against the people that did it and makes a new family in the process.

However, I don't think the story or many of the characters will be that memorable in the long run, which makes sense for the RPG AC games.

I think it could have benefited from having more actual mission specific set pieces where you are in an area that is not available in the open world, because that would make the missions more memorable.

AC Shadows imo can be a pretty difficult game, but at least the wanted level system is not as unforgiving as Odessey.

Like in Odessey you really didn't want a wanted level, because a bounty hunter will hunt you down till the end of the earth.

But I think that the wanted level system in Shadows should have been easier to lose, as basically you wait until the season is over or pay your scouts to remove it.

I wish like it worked how the classic AC games worked where you tear down posters or kill the person that put the bounty on you to lose it.

Another thing that is kinda weird is that unlike Origins and Oddessy none of the wild animals will attack you, I think that seemed like an omission.

Like, vigilantes being punished discourages people from like doing something to help the community.

Just saying like, if a neighborhood is being looted and being destroyed and it seems like if you do something to try to stop it than you would get arrested.

So, at that point it feels like why even try, like even if the police are slow to respond than it seems like you are just supposed to let it happen and aren't allowed to do anything.

Which like the reason people would want to do something is when the police response time is so slow and property damage is getting larger and larger.

I feel like if the LA Riots of 92 happened today than the choice they want you to do is just get out of the area as best as you can and so what if your property gets destroyed.

Of course, the solution would be if people just didn't go a mass destroy property and stuff, but that is beside the point.

However, just because someone has a vastly different political view than you do does not mean that they are less attractive.

Seems, interesting that a lot of attractive women are on the right or serve the right or server dictators.

Gaddafi for example had several attractive women that worked for him, which I don't know which came first, the attractive elite guard in fiction or in reality.

But Gaddafi certainly followed that trope of villain that like hot elite guard

Basically, have the yokai from Shintoism, the gods of Egyptian and Greek Myths, and then add in the outfits of the Templar order from the Crusades

Like after the midway point of the 2010's was when I noticed the self censoring start.

Also, like when people would stop using certain words or make the jokes we were saying years before.

It honestly feels so jarring that we suddenly weren't allowed to make those Michael Jackson type jokes that we made, so idk we didn't really complain we kinda just accepted it and didn't even fight it.

It wasn't until like nearing 2020 that I noticed that we changed in that way.

Though, the self-censoring now a days is just to not get banned off websites and less of not wanting to make people mad.

At this point I just do it not to get banned when in reality some things just aren't really offensive like the r slur.

Which, I think it is funny that like somehow people were ok with people going "Durrrrr" when like we made that sound just to make fun of people that we considered the r slur and like we didn't even use the r slur for actual mentality challenged people, but just for dumb people or people that make stupid choices.

Kinda like the f slur, like it basically was just used as a harsher word for asshole and not used for gay people.

Well, it was used in that way until people decided to make it mean a derogatory word for gay people sometime during 2017

I feel like if they made an AC game that took place during the Civil War, they would have both characters you play as fight on opposite sides of the war.

Like, have the characters not even meet each other until part way through the story and then they become lovers and fight for the north in the end.

IDK, something about that kind of design really speaks to me, like it was meant to be.

Like, maybe I was inspired a little and thought of that being a good flag to use, as it invokes a certain chosen warrior's vibe to me

Sometimes I forget it is an Assassin's Creed game until I get the corruption related stuff and that stuff is less fun.
