PRESET INFORMATION 

𝄖  Preset is for Reshade version 3.0.8, you can find here and an installation guidehere. 𝄖  In order to use the background blur disable edge smoothing, please! I’ve created two options for Bokeh lookin’ backgrounds: MartyMcFly DOF and Matso DOF. 𝄖  Blur focus is controlled with your mouse! 𝄖  In tab mode the MXAO decreases significantly so you’ll see it’s harsh in live mode but don’t worry! It will look subtle and more cohesive in tab mode.

!!! DOES NOT WORK IN PERFORMANCE MODE !!!

KEY COMMANDS**

MXAO: Caps Lock

Matso DOF: Keyboard 5

MartyMcFly DOF: Keyboard 6

GP65CJ042 DOF: Keyboard 7

DPX: Numberpad 5

Vibrance: Numberpad 6

Monochrome: Numberpad 7

** These key commands are place holders for you; replace them with your preferred keys.

Matcha - A Reshade 3.0 Preset for TS4

It’s been a long time, and I hope everyone’s had a really great holiday! Getting back into the Sims 4 saddle, and I felt that Reshade Urge. This one uses the same additional shaders as Sable, but it’s a bit richer and a lot less blue. Hope you enjoy!

Important Things to Note:

-This was made using Reshade 3.0.8, and I highly recommend you use Reshade 3.0 to run it! My presets do NOT work with 3.4 and beyond! They will not look the same.

-YOU WILL ALSO NEED ADDITIONAL SHADERS FOR THIS ONE! They’re linked at the bottom of this post! These need to go in your reshade-shaders folder (which is located in your game’s Bin folder, same as all Reshade resources)

-You need the original 3.0.8 shaders as well, which you can grab here!!! (Note: the shader issue only effects you if you’ve reinstalled 3.0.8 after using a newer version of Reshade. Otherwise, you don’t need to worry about this.)

-To install, be sure to drop the file here:  C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin

-Click here for a handy guide on installing Reshade if you’re new to it!

-You need to have edge-smoothing turned off for the DOF effect to work.

-Screenshots must be taken with the ‘print screen’ key, and will populate in the same location you installed the preset in.

-You can toggle DOF and MXAO off with the F12 key

It’s been a while since I reshade…ed. Anyhoo, this is just kind of a dreamy, darkish, woodsy, nostalgic sort of preset. I hope you enjoy it.

Here are some preview shots, this house was mostly built with Island Living and High School Years.

Inspired by a Japanese show called That’s a Dramatic Change!, I wanted to create my dream seaside house—a place where you can fully feel the sea breeze and the sun, with ocean views on all four sides. I really love it. Even though it’s a single-person home, it has a bar and plenty of seating, so I can invite lots of Sims friends over to hang out!

Hi!🌸 It's been a while since I didn't post and I have to be honest with y'all, I played cyberpunk 2077 during all this time ​🤣​ But I'm kinda back on the sims 3. I know how it can be annoying to download houses with a lot of cc when you are already full of furniture so I challenged myself to make a cute house with no cc and only one add-on (late night).
