They didn't even issue a Crime Reference, let alone investigate.

I am a victim of a A COMPLETE TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE, not only in Portsmouth County Court, and Winchester County Court, but also the Court of Appeal where MY MICROPHONE WAS MUTED FROM THE OUTSET, meaning that I WAS SILENCED, yet my family home of 65 years put AT RISK OF A FORCED SALE on a Final Amended Charging Order, which includes a £21,000+ Charging Order which was both SENT AND DRAWN IN ERROR. £30,050 in total!
My vexatious litigant religious bigot neighbour has registered herself as PROPRIETOR on my home, which is unlawful with no Defence being heard.
Courts were WEAPONISED against me.
My evidence was dismissed.
My Counterclaim thrown out.
Judges failed to recognise indigence.
The courts discriminated against me.
Judge put it on public record that I was mentally unwell, but failed to seek an Independent Psychiatric Expert Witness Report, and with no Defence being heard, because my Legal Representative failed to turn up, proceeded to trial and sentenced me to six months in prison, which is when Judge Lady Andrews identified SERIOUS IRREGULARITIES in Orders being made by County Court Judges.
Procedural Errors were made, but not corrected.
The courts have repeatedly refused to provide a copy of my computerised administrative records which are NOT exempt from being released.
My only crucial witness was barred from being a witness. He had identified LAND GRAB PROPERTY THEFT FRAUD. He gets held in Contempt.
Judges allowed the Claimant's brother to hand deliver Court Orders???? He was photographed with his hand in my mailbox. By law, no one connected to a Claimant is allowed to deliver Court Orders.
I didn't receive all the Court Orders, meaning that I couldn't respond in a timely fashion or indeed at all.
I HAD COMPLIED WITH THE COURT ORDER to remove my flower pots in a shared 9 ft driveway not used for ANY vehicle access, two months BEFORE my Committal Hearing, and four months BEFORE my Court of Appeal Hearing.
The Land Registry BLACKMAILED ME that UNLESS I hand them the Deeds to my home, the previous Caution filed by my neighbour when she was IN BREACH OF THE PRESCRIPTION ACT, wouldn't be removed.
I had offered to pay the court costs when they were in the £5700+ region, but my offer of payment was not accepted.
Further unnecessary Court Hearings were held, escalating charges against my home.
We (me and my 95 year old stroke victim mother) were NEVER notified of the first UNLAWFUL CAUTION, so we couldn't challenge it.
That £5713 UNBEKNOWN TO ME alleged court cost debt was registered as a COUNTY COURT JUDGEMENT AGAINST ME. I only found out last year by accident when EDF ENERGY started taking me to court over ALLEGED ENERGY DEBT.
My mother was Defendant 1 and she started receiving correspondence a long time before she died, but all of the actions of the Claimant were PREMEDITATED, and she sat back and waited for my mother to die before commencing proceedings against me.
I had been ill with Lyme's Disease and weakened by other health issues.
The Claimant's Lawyer was sending me emails stating that I only had beneficial rights to live in my home, but mother had left her property to me Absolute. The Police Officer who later falsely arrested and detained me ON FALSE ALLEGATIONS, asked to see evidence of proof of ownership, when this is not a police issue, because it was a CIVIL MATTER. That Police Woman was asking on behalf of my religious bigot neighbours!
That same Lawyer copied me in on his email to the court, challenging the fact that the massive £21,000+ Charging Order had been SENT AND DRAWN IN ERROR, but there was absolutely nothing from the court to the contrary, which means the Charging Order was indeed SENT AND DRAWN IN ERROR, meaning that I am not financially liable, but I have been paying £450 per month or my home will be SEIZED.
The Claimant immediately rushed to the Press after I was a SUCCESSFUL DEFENDANT in the Court of Appeal and sold them a pack of extremely inflammatory, defamatory and libellous lies.
GRAND SCALE DEFAMATION AND LIBEL.
TIME FOR THE JUDICIARY TO COME UNDER CLOSE SCRUTINY.
Nobody NOBODY should have the power to hold themselves UNACCOUNTABLE.
