A veces sí se siente que genuinamente el universo te está tocando los nervios más sensibles solo porque puede y porque que quiere y la verdad eso desanima bastante.

Igual me agrada pensar que es para aprender aunque sea de la manera ruda, estoy en un línea muy dispersa sobre estar de acuerdo con el "las cosas pasan por algo" porque simplemente hay ocasiones en las que absolutamente nada justifica lo sucedido, pero sí lo tomamos por el lado de crecimiento personal (del que duele y te desgarra y sientes que se fue una parte de ti) pues lo empatizo un poco, porque lamentablemente empiezas a aprender cuándo tocas fondo.

Estoy siendo muy específico porque me pasaron cositas en que mi corazón de pollo me traicionó he hizo que tomara decisiones pendejas, el costo de la acción dolió pero al menos espero tener más en cuenta de ser más precavido para todo, pensar las cosas dos veces y no poner las excusa de "pero es que no me sentía bien en ese momento", no confiar tan fácil en las personas ni la amabilidad falsa y cositas así. De igual manera e irónicamente hago un paréntesis aquí porque, contradiciendome un poco con el "elegir en que confías" pues le quiero dar un poco más de énfasis a eso, en el que cuando necesites ayuda realmente comunicarte con esas personas en quienes confíes, pueden que no muevan ni un dedo al respecto y eso está totalmente bien o pueden que sí quieran darte una mano y eso se agradece también, pero al menos no te quedas tu solito ahogandote en lo que te acongoje.

Aunque también lo que me paso me dió la motivación de hacer las cosas necesarias para recuperarme de lo sucedido y reitero, aunque fue a las malas y me hubiera gustado que no fuese así, me dio el empujoncito que necesitaba, espero que el futuro me trate con amabilidad y yo también darme la oportunidad de no desampararme a mi mismo y tener la suficiente confianza en mi para seguir adelante.

The feeling that I shouldn't be here and that I can't stand being here anymore weighs too heavily, I think my constant nausea and almost nonexistent appetite might be because of that.

Even when I tried to talk to my mother about it, it felt like I didn't get anywhere; it was progress that she didn't scold me for feeling depressed this time at least.

In my miserable state in the bathroom, I knew I needed to talk to an adult, and this year a new teacher came in with whom I felt I could get along well, and actually in fact I get along well with her, so I went with her and she was talking to a student at the time, so I had to wait about half an hour for they to leave. I was spacing out, so she probably realized I wasn't okay from that moment on. After he left, the first thing I tried to ask her was how religious she was (I apologized to her if the question might offend her, because I understand that it might sound like if doubting her faith) because that was the topic of conversation my mother brought up when I spoke to her about it, and she was actually quite sweet about it, then I tried to open up little by little and realized there are a couple more things I thought I still need to let go of and genuinely forgive, I ended up crying with her again and she hugged me for a while.

Fun fact: another teacher who doesn't teach me was seating next to my teacher and moments before I broke down she said, "Oh yes, when I saw them at the beginning of the year I thought, "What a pretty young-" (and actually I didn't hear if she used a masculine or feminine term)" and lately, whenever someone clearly expresses a compliment, it moves me more than it used to; she joined in comforting me when I started to cry
