It's that time of year again! The time to dress up and have mischievous fun. Halloween is a great holiday that is kid and adult friendly. Remember to stay safe since the Halloween activities happen at night Here are some Halloween tips:

Go out with a friend or a group. You'll have more fun but also keep each other safe and well accompanied.  

Have a cell phone handy in case you get separated from your friend(s). 

When decorating for Halloween, try to avid using real candles and use battery powered ones if you can. Candles can easily be knocked over and the last thing you want is the REAL fire department crashing your party.

If you are trick-or-treating, remember to not eat the opened or unwrapped sweets. 

Make sure to our your own drinks and never leave you drink unattended. 

Your costume should be easy to move in especially if you are going out to a party. Pick a good pair of shoes in case you have to stand all night.  

Make sure your driver is sober and alert. With Halloween happening, there can be lots of drunk drivers on the road and trick or treaters crossing roads, so drive carefully.
