Since there’s evidence G-Man and Breen had communicated or at least knew of each other, I like to think that whenever they met, and Breen was talking to G-Man like the same arrogant jackoff from when he had Alyx and Eli captured (obviously not as antagonistic but still subtly implying he has other important things to get to so G-Man should get to the point), G-Man would just nod his head and look into the future to watch Breen explode.
