I am the same as you, as special and as ordinary as you are.

I uniquely flow and create just as you do.

I express and connect in my own unique way.

I continue to grow and evolve as an endless creation.

I am the cosmic energy channelled as a unique physical body and mind.

A unique ‘I’, just as you are.

The character I play in this physical reality is Kay Jay (KJ). Actually, this is the pen name I have given myself. Why? The short answer is that I like it. It is short, easy to connect with, and represents the initials of the name my birth family gave me. The long answer is I prefer that you connect with my expression beyond your awareness of my culture, race, ethnicity or country. Why? As I believe that is how a real connection is formed, one that needs no name, just heartfelt expression. It also keeps me detached from the identity I carry through my expressions and experiences in this physical reality. When I say detached, it does not mean that I do not enjoy or connect with my human life experiences. In fact, it means that I connect with my experiences with an awareness that I am playing this role of a unique human being in this physical reality with a purpose to experience the growth and evolution of the endless creation. It means that I enjoy my unique expression and connection and learn through them as a free bird.

Paving the way for a holistic approach to healing body and mind by interconnecting existing therapeutic modalities with the natural resonance of sound frequencies.

Growing up, music was an integral part of entertainment for me. While sometimes it was about the lyrics of the songs I listened to, often I just enjoyed jiving along, either physically or mentally, to the different tunes of the songs. As my spiritual awakening journey began, my focus started shifting towards listening to healing songs or mantras and then finally to healing sound frequencies, which not only included sound frequencies created using crystal bowls, chimes, tuning forks, etc., but also channeled instrumental and vocal healing music or the sounds of nature, like flowing water, the symphony of birds or the playful harmony of the dolphins. I realized that the creation of music had a purpose - it had the profound effect of transforming one’s energy. It is like the nervous system of the physical body easily tunes itself when it connects with specific sound frequencies. It supports the interconnectedness of not just the organ systems of the physical body but all there is that exists as part of the creation. I myself have felt the tremendous effects of the sound’s healing powers. It calms the nervous system that has been conditioned to function in survival mode. While there are endless ways one can heal their physical mind and body, this is one practice that is quite universal in its appeal. The sound healing practitioners around the universe (not just Earth!) can easily validate its healing effects. I believe that sound healing is already gaining popularity due to the freely available sound healing videos on social media created by sound healing practitioners. But what if we integrate and magnify its effects by reaching the larger population of Earth that receives healthcare support on a daily basis?

What is darkness? The part of us that limits our expression, our creativity, our flow, and our freedom. The part that believes it is incomplete, unsupported, unloved, and unvalued. The part that feels powerless and stuck in a cage. The part that fears losing itself. The part that keeps striving hard to complete and fulfill itself.

What is light? The part that knows and experiences its complete, fulfilled and expansive self. The part that loves unconditionally, expresses freely and connects wholeheartedly. The part that is abundant and whole.

Both darkness and light are us. We are the limitedness and we are the expansion. We grow and evolve through both experiences. All we do is accept and understand what limits us to expand through this experience. What triggers us makes us stronger. That is the magic of this physical reality- our ability to experience and transform through both darkness and light.

Ever wondered who this ‘I’ is that is thinking a thought, feeling an emotion, and doing an action? Why all the ‘I’s think, feel and act uniquely as if separate beings, and yet, in moments of laughter and expression of love all beings seem connected as if there is no separation. How does this ‘I’ experience separation as well as oneness? Maybe because it is ‘one’ but also the ‘all’. It is the same energy vibrating at an unlimited number of unique frequencies creating the illusion of being separate. So the same ‘I’ experiences itself in unique physical forms and through these experiences, it keeps expanding. Each life journey is a unique experience of endless possibilities. And all these possibilities already exist like frames of a movie. And as each unique ‘I’ explores these possibilities according to what themes it has chosen, it flows through these frames and creates a unique story. And just like there are endless possibilities, there are endless stories with endless versions of the ‘I’. Each unique I, as it experiences its flow and expansion, is the main character of its story. What makes each unique story exciting are the unknown twists and turns which the ‘I’ perceives as challenges of the life journey. These challenges add the necessary ‘spices’ needed to keep the movie interesting! And these big challenges are already chosen by the ‘I’, so, there is nothing that it cannot deal with. Yet, the ‘I’ sometimes forgets that. It was important for the ‘I’ to completely forget itself before starting any story i.e., before the birth of the main character. In essence, the expansive ’I’ limits itself to expand in a unique way. So, the ‘I’ in us is experiencing limitedness as we have chosen to be, but we continue to expand through it as we are capable of doing it. Each challenge that we deal with reminds us of that.

To the ‘I’ that is capable of compression and expansion in unique endless ways.

Before my spiritual awakening started, I never really thought much about the masculine and feminine aspects of the creation. And the word ‘energy’ I understood as a scientific term. And now that I sense and perceive this universal energy, I know that everything is energy. And this energy flows between polarities to create harmony and balance. This polarity can be described as positive and negative or even masculine and feminine. The balance and harmony between these opposite states creates neutrality and oneness. Scientifically speaking, we understand the structure of energy in terms of electrons, protons, and neutrons. This is one of the ways we can describe how creation is structured and how it expands. We all have both the masculine and feminine aspects in us, and we experience these aspects based on how our energy needs to flow and expand. In this physical reality of earth, the earlier suppressed feminine energy has been rising to come into balance and harmony with the masculine energy, and this is the basis for the major shifts and transformation perceived at the individual and collective level. While our masculine energy helps us create and structure our beliefs to experience this physical reality, our feminine energy keeps us open to explore, understand, and accept all kinds of beliefs. When we are in harmony with our masculine and feminine energies, nothing is rigidly wrong or right, good or bad, there are just different perspectives, different points of view, and we continue to choose the beliefs that are compassionate for us and all that we connect with. This is how the physical reality on earth keeps growing and expanding as we keep creating the version of it we have chosen to grow and expand in.

Found this dead baby bat on my balcony this morning, giving me a sign from the universe of a major transformation happening this year. Perhaps an old chapter is finally going to close, or a new one will begin. Perhaps it's not just a sign of major changes in the outer world but also inner expansion or freedom and more flexibility and resilience of the limited structures within. Over the last few years since my spiritual awakening started, I have received and still continue to receive several signs and synchronicities from the universe that keep showing us how we all are connected in this illusional physical reality. Thank you to these beings and the universe for creating these signs and showing us the magic of our connection.

For a while, we have been living in survival mode. We are running from one thing, one action, to another. We do not know how to slow down our physical and mental/ emotional body. Even on vacations or holidays, we keep looking for activities to keep our physical/ mental body busy. We often judge the ones who run at a slower pace than us. We believe that as long as we are running, we are safe, we are protected. But safe from what? Slowing down feels like death to us. We are so used to the constant running that we don't even realize that we are doing it unless and until a transformative experience shows us the mirror. We need such an experience to realize that there is no need to constantly run, that we can pause and relax.

This physical reality expands through our actions. But when we limit ourselves, our actions often don't carry any deeper meaning for us. We are taking those actions as everyone is doing that. We don't pause and reflect on why and what we are doing. What is the purpose of our action? How are our actions supporting our growth and expansion? How are our actions helping us connect with ourselves and others in an authentic and compassionate manner? Pausing and reflecting on our actions feels scary, as it brings out in front of us all the times we haven’t been true and all the times we judged ourselves and others. But so what if we realize that we haven't been authentic, we haven’t been compassionate? As only this realization can shift our reality and push us to become a higher version of ourselves. Only when we face our darkness, our limitedness, can we remember our light, our expansiveness.

How do we stop running? By believing that we can pause, we can relax, and we can sit still and do nothing. By releasing all the limited beliefs that tell us we cannot. And by taking all the actions needed for us to relax our mental energy (our thoughts and emotions). Once we start enjoying the pauses and the slowing down, we also start enjoying the actions we take to flow through this journey. We start living in the now, and we start creating and connecting in the now. This is when we stop living in the survival and fear mode and start enjoying the flow and freedom mode.

Failure has a purpose: to help us find the path that resonates with us. It gives us a chance to correct our course, expand our skills, or even realize a deeper message that we would have missed had we not failed in our pursuit.

So, it is okay if you have failed. Now you have the chance to release what didn't work for you and restart and expand your perspective. This is your chance to go deeper and connect with your higher self. This is your chance to find what you are passionate about. This is your rebirth to a new experience, an expanded reality.

I am thankful that I have failed whenever I needed to, as those experiences helped me become a more resilient, wise, and balanced version of myself. Each failure brings in a new beginning, a higher lesson that shows me that I am powerful enough to restart again and again. To fail is to grow and expand.

As I relished my newfound freedom, I was thankful for the pain and suffering that was important for me to see how I limited myself and how, by just knowing that, I could choose freedom and my expansiveness instead.

Often we don't even realize that we are limiting ourselves. It is so rigidly structured in our mind, in our belief system. Breaking this structured system seems painful, as it feels like our whole identity is collapsing. Due to this fear of the illusional collapse of our structured belief system, we continue to choose the limited beliefs, as it makes us feel safer even if that system is an illusional prison for us. But our emotional pain and suffering continues to push us until it feels intolerable for us to make a different choice that frees us, and thus, we transform our identity, which we are always capable of doing. It's just that sometimes the pain and suffering needs to remind us of that.

Our limitedness has a purpose: to show us how to expand through it.

I am also the darkness.

I choose the darkness that limits my vision.

I choose the darkness to remember the light.

And when I connect with the light, I realize that I am unlimited. I am expansive. I am eternal. I am all that is.

Here and now, I choose the light.

I see the light, as I am the light.

Darkness has many facets, and each one limits me.

It makes me feel that I am powerless.

And that I need to control to feel powerful.

It imprisons me as I forget that I am free.

Darkness has its purpose.

To drown me to its core.

As only then do I open my eyes.

In my desperation, I crave the light.

And when I connect with the light, I realize that I am unlimited. I am expansive. I am eternal. I am all that is.

Here and now, I choose the light.

I see the light, as I am the light.

I am the darkness and the light.

And so are all the ‘I’s around me.

We explore the darkness to transmute it to light.

When we embrace the darkness, we control ourselves and each other.

We limit and separate ourselves.

And when we connect with the light, we realize that we are unlimited. We are expansive. We are eternal. We are all that is.

Here and now, we choose the light.

We see the light, as we are the light.

I still enjoy this ritual of lighting a diya as it reminds me that how with our compassionate and powerful actions, we can diminish and even extinguish the darkness on earth as more and more diya’s light up. May this day and everyday be a reminder for us to remember our inner light, our inner power, our connectedness. When our unique energy expands, the whole creation expands. Our fears, the source of darkness in us, controls us, limits us, separates us. In this new era, we remember our freedom, our inner strength that expands and connects us. We are the ‘one’ and we are also the ‘all’. We reflect each other’s darkness and light to expand in a unique way. We learn and grow with each other. May we continue to choose the light through our harmonious and compassionate actions.

Thankful for the darkness as it showed me how to transmute it to light.
