I knew it was too good to be true after such a slow burn that they were married like randomly in one scene, so of course that meant they were gonna break them up soon because this show can’t write a relationship without some sort of love triangle.

And they really toned down Lola as soon as they got married which I think was to make a contrast to Catherine more apparent. I don’t think it’s a coincidence they toned down her sexuality in the bedroom either. The night spent with Francis vs that whole “ideas of what a wife should be” scene just seem like two different people. Also this was a girl who showed up naked in a bath tub to seduce Narcisse but now that she’s married to him she cares about court propriety in their own bedroom?

I must disagree with you. Narcisse is not a perv nor he ever was. He is an imaginative man with a healthy sexual appetite, and he never forced Lola to do anything she didn’t want to. What he proposed to her in their first scene was not about his needs. He wanted to fulfill her desires, but this new OOC Lola don’t have any fantasies. Sure Lola, I believe you! It sadness me though how writers changed Lola’s personality as an excuse to make him go back to Catherine. This is not the same girl whose eyes were glued to journal. Girl who offered herself twice to Narcisse, and who wasn’t so shy a passive with Francis. If I remember correctly she was very aggressive, and it didn’t make her feel like a working girl. I miss that girl!!!However, I do not approve what he did with Catherine, or better yet what she did to him. This is not a way to deal with bedroom problems. Still, this is Reign, and I’m not that surprised. What I found ridiculously funny is Queen Mother on her knees for a VOTE! Why are they voting on regency in absolute monarchy in a first place? The rightful successor is the First Prince of the Blood or the Queen Mother. Full stop! Also, I don’t understand why was he so unexpectedly surprised? They were together, and it is hard for me to believe that this was the first time she did this. If it’s any consolation, Catherine is going to make a complete fool out of him.YAY!Second Lorcisse scene is a little confusing. There are two possible reasons why he brushed off Lola. Either, it was out of respect ,because he didn’t want to make her do anything she’s not comfortable about, and he’s not such a scum to be with two women in a same day, considering that one of them is his wife. Another reason could be her reaction. Again, OOC Lola. She practically said that she don’t like his idea, but she’ll do it anyway because she’s a good wife and wants to please him. Real turn on for any man.For me, Reign was cancelled after 3.03 and the last Lorcisse scene was wedding, like in every fairytale.
