You're an R.A. when...

I just made a blog post about the 10 things RAs hate hearing during TURN week lol check it out and let me know what you think!

You and you duty partner feel like this during Homecoming rounds:

When you starting up the year and you have to make signs like below...

Because we all know that there are those people that will up chuck everywhere  they possibly can unless you put up a sign.  First they'll tear down the sign and then throw up on it. 

You're on duty and you walk past a dark lobby that's playing mood music loudly....

So you go get back up to kill the mood.

You hear drunk people but, you're not on duty.

Your residents see you at a party.

Your Residents leave and at first you're like:

and then the reality sinks:

This entails what a conversation between you and a resident feels like during rounds:

You see your resident with their significant other as tension builds between them...

And you really, REALLY, want to just walk right by them

But instead you have to figure out a way to dissolve the situation.

So you try some jokes:

Some bad dance moves while wearing ridiculous costumes...

Perhaps some pictures of cats:

and then because it all doesn't work, you lay some cold hard truth on 'em - nicely. 

You walk out of your room and your residents..

and you look out in your hall and

and you're just like, "what the hell guys..."

("dishonor on you, dishonor on your family... dishonor on your cow!")

and then respond in a totally awesome, creative, and educational manner.

you have duty on halloween and you're like:

You see your residents at an off campus party
