The best investment you can make in your 20s? My answer may surprise you :)  I'm a financial advisor BECAUSE I want people to live their best lives.  I enjoyed my 20s.  I lived abroad in Barcelona, moved to New York from California, traveled to Costa Rica, went on a girls trip to Mexico, and got to know the Caribbean. I also got on track for my career, got my CFP by 30 while saving for retirement.  AND I had some challenges along the way:  got into some credit card debt (at 0% APR but still) because I didn't save enough for emergencies, but you know what?  I don't regret it.  I learned a lot and I had so many memorable experiences.  And that's what value is about.  Sometimes it's financial, oftentimes not :)
