Addiction is a mental health problem. It's more serious than you might thing. It's not always the alcohol, it's not always the drugs, addiction can come in so many ways, shapes and forms. Addiction for one person, could be the way they're addicted to chocolate, a person, a life style. But addiction can take over your life, the OCD roots behind addiction can be deep, and everyone has the power to overcome addiction, in my opinion by changing a view point. By evaluating why you feel addicted to something, someone and how to make the same euphoric or "normal" feeling the addiction gives you, you need to be happy in your own head, without the thing you're addicted too. But how?
