Problem with promo was that there was too much instead of only quality promo. Nobody is going to watch thousand radio interviews of him telling the same story about how he met Amelia and telling who are his dream dinner party guests. Same with tiktok. Niall posting tiktok everyday of him lip syncing is not doing anything, because the same people will only watch it. Instead if they had only done half of the content, fans would actually watch it. This would increase views, which would make nonfans more likely to watch it.

i wonder if part of it is also him not wanting to be known just for his sexy songs which is a shame but yeah four albums in and i think there is no hope for capitol to choose the right single and also apparently there are other single worthy songs on the album apart from taste so good... at least they are releasing something!
