Trust me when I say these really can make you feel way better. For example, one of my lungs is collapsed (40%) and my overall lung power was at 52%, now it's at 60%
I'm still so happy about that. I wasn't very hopeful at first, but something is better than nothing, and I just love how much better I feel after (I breathe in as much as I can without straining myself, pull away from the tube to breathe out; repeat 10 times once a day and that's it). I really just wanted to share in case anyone else could get help from these as well. Many of my CNAs, etc, have vouched for these as well. I found ones online that look exactly like mine, and this was the cheapest: https://www.vitalitymedical.com/hudson-rci-voldyne-5000-volumetric-exerciser-spirometer.html?network=g&device=m&keyword=&campaign=896714081&adgroup=pla-342756050388&gclid=CjwKCAjw97P5BRBQEiwAGflV6SMD7k9pIaCUKU7LPtkpzd2bG63gqPW_a4ISoTlcBMkN0zqWbvdQXBoCwlsQAvD_BwE
I know not everyone is as lucky to have access to one, free or otherwise, but I hope if it can help you you can somehow acquire one soon. Regardless, best wishes to you all~!
There are other kinds of spirometers, but I've only used this kind and I didn't want to talk about something I'm not exactly sure about. I still suggest talking to your doctor(s)/trusted individuals who actually have correct knowledge on the subject(s) before trying anything health wise if you're unsure in any way!!!
If you have any more helpful additions to this post, please don't be afraid to put them in! ♡
Thank you for even reading and/or possibly sharing/trying this to help out~☆
